TERANGA GOLD INCREASES GOLD RESERVES AT WAHGNION BY ALMOST 40%; EXTENDS MINE LIFE TO 13 YEARS AND IMPROVES FIRST FIVE-YEAR FORECAST
Teranga Gold Corp. has released the results of an updated mineral reserve estimate and feasibility study for the Wahgnion development project in Burkina Faso, West Africa. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The update adds 450,000 ounces to reserves, increasing proven and probable mineral reserves at Wahgnion by almost 40 per cent to 1.61 million ounces (31.07 million ore tonnes grading 1.61 grams per tonne). The initial proven and probable mineral reserves in the 2017 feasibility study totalled 1.16 million ounces (21.4 million ore tonnes grading 1.69 g/t). The new mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates, based on the initial four deposits (Nogbele, Fourkoura, Samavogo and Stinger), include drill results from a 73,000-metre infill drill program completed in 2017.

ARIANNE PHOSPHATE CONCLUDES ON A FORMAL OFFTAKE AGREEMENT
Arianne Phosphate Inc. has formally executed its first offtake agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, the buyer has entered into a long term contract to purchase Arianne's high-purity phosphate concentrate which, will be shipped to the buyer's processing plant for further processing into downstream phosphate products. The offtake agreement also has a mechanism whereby it can be extended beyond the initial contract period and applies pricing that accounts for the high quality of Arianne's concentrate.
"After a lot of hard work, this agreement represents a major milestone for our Company," said Brian Ostroff, Arianne Phosphate's CEO. "Comprising part of our annual output, this agreement accomplishes many objectives. First, receiving an offtake from a well-known, bankable, industry player validates our product and confirms the marketability of it. Further, this agreement also confirms a pricing model that accounts for Arianne's high-purity, low-contaminant concentrate. Lastly, we also now have a template on how to move from MoU to formal agreement and, what it takes to get there."
Arianne currently has several other MoUs in place and is working towards turning them into formal purchase agreements. The completion of these contracts are a necessary component to formalize the Company's project financing and have become central to the Arianne's ongoing efforts to move its Lac a Paul project into development.Marantha!

Glencore raises stock buyback program by $1B

Glencore (OTCPK:GLCNF, OTCPK:GLNCY) says it will increase its stock buyback program by an additional $1B and extend its duration until Feb. 20.
Glencore announced its original $1B share buyback in July after shares came under pressure following the U.S. Department of Justice's investigation into bribery and corruption at the company, which has sent the stock price down more than 15% YTD.
The move prompts Morgan Stanley to upgrade its rating on Glencore to Overweight from Equal Weight, also citing a robust dividend yield and free cash flow yield.
"The company is reacting to the improved valuation of its own equity by switching from opportunistic M&A to share buybacks," Stanley says.Marantha!

Ich bin schon länger dabei und finde das äußerst genial und folgerichtig, was dieser Dustin dort treibt.
Insbesondere das bevorstehende Bulk Sampling auf dem aufgekauften Orex-Gelände und die Sache mit dem Saddle Reef, worüber sich Bob Moriarty ja schon ausgelassen hat. Schade, dass kürzlich die Übernahme von Maritim nicht geklappt hat, aber kann ja irgendwann noch etwas werden. Es bleibt so oder so spannend.
Atlantic hat ja eindrucksvoll gezeigt, wie man das in Neufundland/Neuschottland vorhandene Potential hebt.
TSX:ANX Anaconda Mining erscheint nach Übernahme von Orex Exploration interessant.
Soweit ich diese Übernahme verstanden habe, geht es um Folgendes:
Anaconda betreibt eine kleine Mühle und produziert ca. 16.000 Tausend Unzen Gold pro Jahr aus mehreren kleineren Vorkommen in der Umgebung (Neufundland) und
nah am Atlantik, von wo aus man aktuell auch Abraum als Nutzgestein in die USA verschifft. Dies ist insofern bedeutsam, als dass man diesen Kai demnächst auch nutzen will, das hochgradige Erz von Orex aus Nova Scotia per Schiff anzulanden und damit die Reserven der Mühle voll auszuschöpfen. Das Goldboro-Projekt von Orex liegt ebenfalls in Küstennähe. Durch den ca. 3-fach höheren Grade und die vorhandene Mühle relativieren sich die Transportkosten (Größenordnung 1000 Seemeilen). Zur Zeit wird die Straßen-/Seeanbindung näher untersucht. Goldboro verfügt über Resourcen in Summe aller Kategorien in Größenordnung 800.000 Unzen (Grade um 5 Gramm pro Tonne),
womit die Auslastung und die wirtschaftliche Lebensdauer der Mühle deutlich erhöht werden könnten.
Aktuell sind Bohrprogramme sowohl in Neufundland als auch auf Goldboro angelaufen.
Goldboro mit dem Ziel eines neuen PEA gegen Jahresende. Auch ein Bulk Sample ist geplant, welches dann vielleicht auch Aufschluss über den sogenannten Nugget Effekt geben kann (evtl. real höhere Grades als in den Studien).
Ergebnis wird mehr oder weniger in Exploration reinvestiert, ergo guter Hebel auf POG.
Kurzum:
Ein kleiner Produzent/Explorer mit durchaus vernünftiger Bilanz, in Summe über 1 Mio. Unzen Resourcen zu ca. 25 Mio. CAD Market Cap.

Ich würde hier glatt nochmal meine Position doppeln, nur wann ..
MCap 530 Mio CAD, finanziert mit 1.1 Mrd + Ressourcen, Genehmigungen und 90% Off-Takes .. etc ..
Chart spricht Bände .. wieder einmal, erst Boden abwarten und besser in steigende Kurse reinkaufen ..
