KIRKLAND LAKE GOLD ANNOUNCES RECORD QUARTERLY AND FULL-YEAR PRODUCTION
Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. had record production for the fourth quarter and full year 2019. Production in Q4 2019 totalled 279,742 ounces, an increase of 21 per cent from 231,217 ounces for the same period in 2018, with the increase driven by record quarterly production at the Fosterville mine of 191,893 ounces. For FY 2019, consolidated production totalled 974,615 ounces, 35 per cent higher than 723,701 for full year 2018. FY 2019 production at Fosterville of 619,366 ounces beat the mine's FY 2019 guidance of 570,000 to 610,000 ounces. Production at Macassa mine in FY 2019 totalled 241,297 ounces, in line with FY 2019 guidance of 240,000 to 250,000 ounces. All dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise noted.
The company's cash position increased $90-million or 15 per cent during Q4 2019, with total cash and equivalents at Dec. 31, 2019, totalling $705-million. During Q4 2019, $30.0-million was used to repurchase 727,200 common shares through the company's normal course issuer bid (NCIB), with an additional $25.0-million used for a strategic investment. For FY 2019, cash and equivalents increased $373-million or 112 per cent from $332-million at Dec. 31, 2018.

Blackrock Gold Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 7.5 million units at a price of 20 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.5-million. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the company at a price of 30 cents per share for a period of two years from the date the units are issued.
The offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. PETROTAL ANNOUNCES 2019 YEAR-END OIL PRODUCTION OF 13,300 BOPD
Petrotal Corp. had 2019 year-end production of 13,300 barrels of oil per day (bopd) from the Bretana oil field, operated 100 per cent by Petrotal.
2019 oil production
The company achieved 2019 exit rate production of 13,300 bopd and has averaged 12,500 bopd for the first 11 days of 2020. Average oil production from the Bretana oil field for the fourth quarter was 7,757 bopd, a 77-per-cent uplift on the 4,382 bopd achieved during the third quarter of 2019. In 2019, Petrotal produced just over 1.5 million barrels of oil, representing average oil production of 4,131 bopd, an increase of over 330 per cent from the average production of 958 bopd realized in 2018.
The 5H well continues to perform above expectations and has now produced 240,000 barrels of oil in its first 30 days of operation and is currently producing 6,500 bopd.
Commissioning of the central production facility (CPF) commenced on Dec. 22, 2019, with the successful hydrostatic test of the new 20,000-barrel-oil storage tank. Commissioning will continue for another 30 days while all components are flow tested. During this period, overall oil production at the field is expected to fluctuate.
Year-end cash
At Dec. 31, 2019, Petrotal had cash of approximately $21-million (U.S.), inclusive of $15-million (U.S.) received for oil delivered to the ONP pipeline from Dec. 1 to Dec. 15 through the previously announced oil sales contract with PetroPeru. Going forward, the company will receive monthly revenue payments under the terms of this oil sales agreement.
2020 capital budget and outlook
Within a week, the company intends to announce its 2020 capital budget, which aims at replicating last year's success by more than tripling annual production and achieving a 2020 exit rate of 20,000 bopd. Petrotal plans to achieve this by accelerating commissioning of the next phase of facilities to late August this year instead of year-end 2020.
Manolo Zuniga, president and chief executive officer, commented: "We're pleased that we were able to exit 2019 at the upper end of the previously announced guidance, a new record oil production level for Petrotal. ANGKOR SIGNS USD $4.6 MILLION EARN-IN AGREEMENT ON OYADAO LICENSE
Angkor Resources Corp. has signed an earn-in agreement on its Oyadao licence with Canadian development company Hommy Oyadao Inc. to earn up to a 70-per-cent interest in Angkor's Oyadao North licence in exchange for payments totalling $4.6-million (U.S.).
Agreement highlights
Hommy 5 Resources Inc. will return any earned interest in Angkor's Banlung licence in return for Hommy Oyadao Inc. receiving an initial 10-per-cent earn-in interest in Oyadao (see press release dated Sept. 19, 2018).
With the end of the previous agreement with Hommy 5 Resources Inc., the Banlung licence returns to being 100 per cent owned by Angkor.
Hommy may acquire an additional 20-per-cent interest in Oyadao by making an upfront payment to Angkor of $100,000 (U.S.) for past and future work associated with the property, and by paying to Angkor as operator on or before May 30, 2020, an additional $500,000 (U.S.) to be spent on exploration of Oyadao North.
Following that, Hommy will spend a minimum of $100,000 (U.S.) a quarter on Oyadao.
Once Hommy has either spent an additional $4-million (U.S.) on Oyadao in exploration, development and related statutory fees relating to the licence, or has produced more than 300 ounces of gold per month for six consecutive months or an aggregate of 2,000 ounces of gold from the property, whichever is the sooner, then Hommy will be granted a further 40-per-cent participating interest, bringing its total interest in Oyadao North to 70 per cent.
Should Hommy fail to meet any of the above milestones, the property will revert to Angkor with no interest earned by Hommy.
"We are very pleased to be working again with Hommy," said Mike Weeks, executive chairman of Angkor. "They were excellent development partners on Banlung. The proximity of Oyadao to the development at Mesco's Phum Syarung mine site (see press release dated June 25, 2018) is of great interest to us both and we are excited to pursue this initiative together."

Mann, director of, and technical adviser to, Hommy Oyadao Inc., is optimistic about the company's immediate exploration plans for Oyadao: "Mesco's vertical shaft is about 400 metres from our first drill target which is based on a strong EM conductor that coincides with the line of strike of their main vein. It's a modest but aggressive program on which we can build."
The Oyadao licence is a 222-square-kilometre area near the Vietnam border, running north and east of Mesco's Phum Syarung mine site, the mineral rights of which were sold separately by Angkor to Mesco in 2013 and licensed in 2016 for $1.8-million (U.S.) in cash, with Angkor retaining a sliding scale net smelter return interest ranging from 2.0 per cent to 7.5 per cent on any gold production, as well as 7.5 per cent of the value all other metals produced.

EXCELSIOR MINING ANNOUNCES POSITIVE INITIAL WELLFIELD RESULTS AT THE GUNNISON COPPER PROJECT
Excelsior Mining Corp. has provided an update on operations at the Gunnison copper project in southern Arizona.
Initial copper recovery grades are exceeding feasibility study expectations. Pregnant leach solution (PLS) grade is currently measuring 0.15 grams per liter (gpl) copper in the primary recovery pond; this milestone is ahead of schedule and keeps Excelsior on pace for copper production this quarter.
"We have the newest, most orderly, and technologically advanced in-situ recovery wellfield on the planet, and to date, it is functioning better than anticipated, stated Stephen Twyerould, President and CEO. "We look forward to updating the market on our progress as we complete the transition to producer status."
Acid injection is being steadily increased and is currently at approximately 50% of the full production rate. The 41 injection and recovery wells that comprise the production wellfield will continue to circulate mining solutions (over a cubic area of approximately 400ft x 400ft x 700ft) in a closed-loop system until the concentration of copper held in solution warrants processing. Once this grade is achieved, mining solutions will then be treated through the Johnson Camp processing facilities to extract copper and produce LME grade copper cathode sheets. First copper cathode sales are expected in Q1, 2020.

ENDEAVOUR ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF MERGER DISCUSSIONS WITH CENTAMIN PLC
Endeavour Mining Corp. has been informed by Centamin PLC that it does not intend to seek an extension to the Jan. 14, 2020, PUSU deadline. Given the lack of information received, Endeavour confirms that it does not intend to make a firm offer for Centamin and therefore the merger discussions have been terminated.

LARGO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RECORD QUARTERLY AND FULL YEAR 2019 PRODUCTION RESULTS AND PROVIDES 2020 GUIDANCE
Largo Resources Ltd. has released its fourth quarter and full-year 2019 production results from its Maracas Menchen mine, highlighted by a new annual production record, with 10,577 tonnes of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) produced. In 2019, the Company performed well operationally, achieving its annual midpoint production guidance of 10,500 tonnes of V2O5 . Management is confident that it will be able to execute on its 2020 production and cost guidance building upon the Company's operational successes achieved in FY 2019.
Total production from the Maracas Menchen Mine in FY 2019 was 10,577 tonnes of V2O5 , representing an increase of 8% over FY 2018. The Company also produced 3,011 tonnes of V2O5 in Q4 2019, which is an increase of 16% over Q4 2018. Production in Q4 2019 represents the third consecutive quarter-over-quarter of production growth in 2019 and is the strongest quarter of production since commencement of operations in 2014. Increased production in Q3 2019 and Q4 2019 is largely due to the ramp-up and completion of the Company's expansion project which concluded in December following the commissioning of the pre-evaporator and leaching, de-silication and precipitation tanks.
In Q4 2019, 329,792 tonnes of ore with an effective V2O5 grade3 of 1.36% were mined and the crushing unit was fed with 311,148 tonnes with an effective V2O5 grade3 of 1.20%. The Company also produced 100,879 tonnes of concentrate ore with an average V2O5 grade of 3.28% in Q4 2019 compared to 92,190 tonnes produced in Q4 2018 with a grade of 3.27%.
Global V2O5 recovery rates4 averaged 78.5% in FY 2019 which is an improvement over the 77.0% averaged in FY 2018. In Q4 2019, global recoveries4 averaged 77.3% which compares favourably to 75.3% averaged in Q4 2018. Global recoveries4 declined quarter-over-quarter in 2019 primarily due to some process variability during the expansion ramp-up phase.

The improvement has occurred since the Company completed the recent Ethereum network upgrade dubbed the "Muir Glacier" earlier this month. LIBERO ANNOUNCES 19 TARGET AREAS FROM INITIAL WORK PROGRAM AT BIG RED IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE
Libero Copper & Gold Corp. has identified 19 gold-silver-copper target areas from the initial work program at the Big Red porphyry gold-copper property in the Golden Triangle in British Columbia, Canada. The work program included reconnaissance prospecting over a large area, continuous rock chip samples, limited core drilling and a ZTEM electromagnetic airborne survey. A five-year area-based exploration permit for geophysics and drilling was received in September, 2019.
Property-wide surface exploration work by Libero collected 892 surface samples in 2019 in addition to 3,671 historical samples reported on May 27, 2019. Libero's samples were analyzed for a suite of 35 elements, allowing for multielement characterization of anomalies. This analysis has been undertaken and 19 target areas have been identified with anomalous gold-silver-copper plus other pathfinder elements, three of which had not been previously identified. These are illustrated in images on the company's website.
"Late receipt of our five-year drill permit and the early onset of harsh, record winter-like conditions this past autumn limited our late-season drill program," commented Ian Slater, chief executive officer. "However, we are pleased with the identification of 19 multielement target areas at Big Red, and the 2019 results have provided crucial information for defining an exciting 2020 field program."
A ZTEM survey was flown over the Big Red property. A total of 549 line kilometres of geophysical data were acquired during the survey with a total area coverage of 150 square kilometres. A resistive high was defined that coincides with a large magnetic high feature in the centre of the project. A number of interesting ZTEM anomalies were identified surrounding the central magnetic feature. The data are currently being interpreted.
Libero is currently integrating the results of the multielement geochemical analysis, the ZTEM survey, and additional structural and geochemical interpretation to define a 2020 field program to advance high-priority targets to drill stage through careful mapping and sampling. Specific focus will be on the Ridge high-grade gold target, which was not possible to drill after permits were obtained late season but will be drilled in the 2020 field season.

GOGOLD REPORTS RECORD QUARTERLY PRODUCTION OF 584,988 SILVER EQUIVALENT OUNCES
GoGold Resources Inc. had record production for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2019, of 584,988 silver equivalent ounces, consisting of 379,082 silver ounces and 2,407 gold ounces, a slight increase from the previous quarter and record of 580,711.
"Production at Parral has increased for 5 consecutive quarters, and we are now at a production level we aim to maintain for the rest of the year. Our production rate this quarter is 80% higher than where we were at this quarter last year." said Brad Langille, President and CEO. "Parral continues to perform, and we anticipate receiving benefits from the SART in the upcoming quarter which we expect will increase the profitability of the project going forward. In addition, Los Ricos continues to provide great results putting our shareholders in a favourable position with the strengthening precious metal prices."
SART Update
The newly installed SART plant has begun cold commissioning with motor testing, electrical checks, and going through final instrumentation installation and adjustments as part of final electrical completion. The SART plant is expected to bring important economic and technical benefits to the Parral facility. The main economic drivers are the recovery of a high-grade saleable copper sulfide product and the re-generation of cyanide, which is the largest single operating cost at Parral, and improve the leaching efficiency of the heap.

wow, sehr satrk gestartet heute.......RSI nun um die 90....sicher nicht absolut bei diesen "kleineren" werten verlässlich, aber man sollte auch mal einen kleinen Rücksetzer einplanen

: mir fehlen die worte. und bin nicht long gegangen. future nun im ath bei 2178.50 $. der markt spinnt. im tt bei 2116.00 $. über 740 kontrakte die letzte h1-kerze. bei dem kurs noch longen ist aber auch verrückt. wenn mist mal rutscht, dann will ich die 740 stücker nicht gekauft haben!
