Pursuant to the Arrangement, Kirkland Lake Gold has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding Detour Shares and Detour Gold shareholders are entitled to receive 0.4343 of a common share of Kirkland Lake Gold (each whole share, a “Kirkland Share”) in exchange for each Detour Share held immediately prior to closing of the Arrangement. In aggregate, the Company issued approximately 77,217,129 Kirkland Shares under the Arrangement to former Detour Gold shareholders as consideration for their Detour Shares. Upon closing of the Arrangement, existing Kirkland Lake Gold and former Detour Gold shareholders own approximately 73% and 27% of the issued and outstanding Kirkland Shares, respectively.
As a result of the Arrangement, Detour Gold has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kirkland Lake Gold and the Detour Shares are anticipated to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange on or about February 3, 2020.

Excelsior is initiating the following optimizations to the production wellfield: Improved preventative maintenance to limit pump and wellfield down-time; andInjection wells will be retrofitted with pumps allowing them to be used as recovery wells when needed; and Wellheads and related piping are to be reconfigured to allow for both injection and recovery operations in each well, this addition will make the wellfield entirely reversable in terms of fluid flow; thereby allowing for greater flexibility during operations.
These upgrades were planned to take place over time once nameplate production had been achieved; however, the Company has decided to implement these changes now during the ramp-up period to assist with breakthrough and production optimization. These changes are not material in terms of capital outlays, but this work is expected to push first copper production to Q2, 2020.

GOGOLD ANNOUNCES C$15 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING
GoGold Resources Inc. has entered into an agreement with Sprott Capital Partners LP and PI Financial Corp. as co-lead underwriters, along with BMO Capital Markets, pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 21,428,571 units of the company at a price of 70 cents per unit for gross proceeds to the company of approximately $15-million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of 85 cents for a period of 24 months following the closing of the offering, provided that if the volume-weighted average price of the common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange is equal to or greater than $1.20 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the company may, at its option, elect to accelerate the expiry of the warrants by providing notice to the holders thereof, in which case the warrants will expire on the date specified in such notice, which shall be not less than 30 calendar days following delivery of such notice.
The company has agreed to grant the underwriters an overallotment option to increase the size of the offering by up to an additional 15 per cent, such option being exercisable in whole or in part at any time prior to the date that is 30 days after the closing of the offering, to cover overallotments, if any, and for market stabilization purposes. In the event that the overallotment option is exercised in full, the aggregate gross proceeds of the offering to the company will be approximately $17.25-million.
The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to finance additional exploration on its Los Ricos project, particularly at the Monte Favor target on the project which the company has yet to drill, and for corporate development and general corporate purposes.

GOGOLD ANNOUNCES UPSIZE OF ITS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING TO C$25 MILLION
GoGold Resources Inc. has amended the terms of its previously announced bought deal offering of units of the company. Under the amended terms, Sprott Capital Partners LP ("Sprott") and PI Financial Corp. as co-lead underwriters, along with BMO Capital Markets (collectively, the "Underwriters"), have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 35,714,285 Units at a price of C$0.70 per Unit for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$25 million (the "Offering"), with no over-allotment option. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a "Common Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire an additional Common Share at a price of C$0.85 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the Offering, provided that if the volume weighted average price of the Common Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange is equal to or greater than C$1.20 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the Company may, at its option, elect to accelerate the expiry of the Warrants by providing notice to the holders thereof, in which case the Warrants will expire on the date specified in such notice, which shall be not less than 30 calendar days following delivery of such notice.

The Company mined 247 Bitcoins (BTC), and generated revenues of £1.63m (based on daily foreign exchange rates and BTC price) in January 2020. LUCARA RECOVERS EXCEPTIONAL 549 CARAT WHITE GEM DIAMOND FROM THE KAROWE MINE IN BOTSWANA
Lucara Diamond Corp. has recovered an unbroken 549-carat white diamond of exceptional purity from its 100-per-cent-owned Karowe diamond mine, located in Botswana. The 549-carat diamond was recovered from direct milling of ore sourced from the EM/PK(S) unit of the South lobe. This follows the recent recovery of a gem-quality 176-carat stone from the same ore block. The EM/PK(S) continues to produce large gem-quality diamonds in line with expectations and forms an important economic driver for the potential underground mine at Karowe. The EM/PK(S) has also delivered other high-value diamonds, including the 1,758-carat Sewelo, the 1,109-carat Lesedi La Rona and the 813-carat Constellation diamond.
The 549-carat diamond was recovered in the MDR (megadiamond recovery) XRT circuit that allows for diamond recovery postprimary crushing and prior to milling. The 549-carat diamond is the second diamond recovered from the MDR, which was commissioned in 2017. Year to date in 2020, Karowe has produced six diamonds greater than 100 carats. Lucara will undertake a decision on the sale of the 176- and 549-carat diamonds in due course.

Westhaven Ventures Inc. has released final drill results from its 2019 drill program at its 17,623-hectare Shovelnose gold property. Shovelnose is located within the prospective Spences Bridge gold belt (SBGB), which borders the Coquihalla Highway 30 kilometres south of Merritt, B.C.
Highlights of the most recent results include:
Hole SN19-38 returned five metres of 13.90 g/t gold and 105.55 g/t silver in Vein Zone 1 at the approximately 1,100 m elevation level.
Hole SN19-37 returned 49.08 m of 1.45g/t Au and 6.25 g/t Ag, including 15 m of 3.26 g/t Au and 11.64 g/t Ag, and also including 3.58 m of 8.29 g/t Au and 30.31 g/t Ag in Vein Zone 1.
Hole SN19-35 returned three m of 3.60 g/t Au and 2.38 g/t Ag and 2.47 m of 5.22 g/t Au and 13.95 g/t Ag in Vein Zone 2.
Hole SN19-49 returned 151.7 m of 0.19 g/t Au and 1.2 g/t Ag in Vein Zone 2. Importantly, significant veining was encountered which leads management to believe the system continues to the northwest.

ROBEX RESOURCES INC. VIERTES QUARTAL 2019: NEUE PRODUKTION VERARBEITET SEHR GUT - START EINES AMBITIOUS EXPLORATION PLANS
Robex Resources Inc. hat starke Ergebnisse aus der Nampala-Mine für das letzte Quartal und das gesamte Jahr 2019 veröffentlicht. Diese Ergebnisse beziehen sich auf Produktion und Verkäufe. Darüber hinaus basieren große Hoffnungen auf einem ehrgeizigen Explorationsplan.
GOLDPRODUKTION SCHÄRFEN
Die dem vierten Quartal 2019 zuzurechnende Goldproduktion von 17.361 Unzen übertraf die Produktion des dritten Quartals 2019 (15.175 Unzen). Diese neue Leistung ist auf Verbesserungen des Gehalts (1,115 g / t gegenüber 1,051 g / t), der Rückgewinnung (89,8% gegenüber 87,7%) und das Ergebnis kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen (539.128 Tonnen gegenüber 512.378 Tonnen) zurückzuführen.
Der neue Hauptbrecher (Mineralzerkleinerer) hat sein Ziel der Stabilisierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch Reduzierung der durch Groberz verursachten Verstopfungen erfolgreich erreicht und wir planen die Installation eines Sekundärbrechers, um die Produktion weiter zu verbessern.
Aufgrund der stetigen Ergebnisverbesserung gegenüber 2019 wurde eine über 2018 liegende Goldproduktion von 55.685 Unzen erzielt, verglichen mit 46.278 Unzen im Jahr 2018, was einer Steigerung von 20% entspricht.
Die vorgelegten Produktionsdaten wurden von Antoine Berton Eng, Ph.D., einem Metallurgen bei Soutex, einem Beratungsunternehmen für Metallurgie und Erzverarbeitung am Standort Nampala, validiert.
Das vierte Quartal führte zu einem Umsatz von 17.742 Unzen gegenüber 13.275 Unzen im dritten Quartal 2019.
DER PREIS FÜR GOLD STEIGT
Wie alle Goldminen profitierte auch die Mine Nampala von den hohen Goldpreisen, die in den letzten 6 Monaten ihren höchsten Stand seit 5 Jahren erreicht haben.
SICHERHEIT
Obwohl sich die Mine in der Region südlich der Sahara befindet, ist die Zone, in der wir uns befinden, ruhig und nicht von Sicherheitsbedenken betroffen.
EXPLORATION: EIN GROSSES HAUSHALT FÜR 2020
Alle oben genannten Faktoren haben die Entscheidung ermöglicht, ein Budget von 13.800.000 CAD für die Exploration im Jahr 2020 vorzusehen:
10.500.000 CAD, die hauptsächlich direkt neben den bestehenden Minenanlagen in Nampala bereitgestellt werden; und
Für alle anderen Genehmigungen sind ebenfalls 3.300.000 CAD vorgesehen.
Dies geht einher mit der Aufstockung der Ausrüstung und des Personals der Explorationsabteilung. Gleichzeitig haben wir die Kapazität des Labors erhöht.
Dieses Bestreben wollen wir auch in den kommenden Jahren fortsetzen.
Das Hauptziel ist es, zusätzliche Reserven und Ressourcen zu erhalten.
Im Rahmen der Mobilisierung zusätzlicher Ressourcen auf der Lagerstätte Nampala leitete Robex ein umfangreiches Bohrprogramm für 171.990 m um die Grube auf der Nampala-Genehmigung und dem nördlichen Teil der Mininko-Genehmigung ein.
Das Programm ist in acht Ziele unterteilt.
Diese Ziele wurden basierend auf geophysikalischen und geochemischen Daten definiert und berücksichtigen frühere Bohrungen und Arbeiten.

Highlights for the third quarter of 2019
INCREASE IN GOLD PRODUCTION OF 19%
Gold production reached 15,175 ounces (472 kg) compared to 12,772 ounces (397 kg) during the same period in 2018, which is the best quarter ever.
This quarterly production record is the result of:
An 18% increase in ore processed (512,377 tonnes vs 432,538 tonnes in 2018, a record average of 5,569 t/d with an initial planned capacity of 4,000 t/d);
A 10% decrease in downtime per quarter over the last 4 quarters, resulting in an availability of 92.2%;
Higher processed grade (1.05 g/t Au vs 0.97 g/t Au in Q3 2018); and
Improvement in the recovery rate (87.7% vs 87.3%) despite the increase in production and therefore the decrease in retention time in the CIL.
INCREASE IN REVENUE OF 29%
Gold sales of $25.5 million compared to $19.8 million for the same period of 2018.
INCREASE IN OPERATING INCOME OF 22%
Operating income reached $7.3 million compared to $6 million for the same period in 2018, despite the $4.2 million increase in the quarterly amortization rate (in accordance with IFRS).
INCREASE IN CASH FLOWS FROM OPERATING ACTIVITIES1 OF 78%
The cash flows from operating activities1 reached $13.9 million ($0.024 per share2) compared to $7.8 million ($0.013 per share2) for the same period of 2018.

Robex Resources Inc. has achieved a new attributable gold production record for August in the amount of 164 kilograms (5,273 ounces) compared with the last record from July of 158 kg (5,080 oz) while thanking the Nampala collaborators for their contribution to this production.
Exploration permit in Mali:
During the first quarter of 2019, two exploration permits expired, Sanoula and Mininko. An in-depth work was initiated to further explore and explain the group's development strategy.
This work resulted in the following:
The reissuing of the Sanoula exploration permit (Keniaba Circle); and
The issuing of a new exploration permit in the North Diangounte sector (Kayes Circle).
For the record, these positive news coincide with larger and more competent internal teams specialized in Mali's geology and new buildings dedicated to exploration including a core of 700 m Superscript 2, analysis workshops and permanent offices for the geologists.

Repayment of non-convertible debentures:
Taking into account the current production performance of the Nampala mine and pursuant to the terms of the debentures, the Company has started repaying its non-convertible debentures (the "debentures") maturing no later than November 26, 2020. On August 29, Robex repaid a third of the capital debentures, amounting to $3,881,000, solely as a result of cash flow generated through operational activities. Robex is expecting to repay another third of the debentures prior to the end of 2019. This early repayment of the debentures, bearing interest at 10% annually, will significantly reduce the Company's financial expenses.
This deleveraging process is done while respecting ongoing investment needs and the schedule of bank maturities.
ROBEX RESOURCES INC. CONTINUES TO IMPROVE ITS PERFORMANCE, REDUCE ITS DEBTS AND PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE
Robex Resources Inc. has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise specified.
Second quarter of 2019: Robex generates cash flows from operating activities of $8.6 million for revenue of $20.4 million, representing remarkable operating cash flow of 42.2% of revenue.
Gold production of 12,089 ounces (376 kg) compared to 11,716 ounces (364 kg) for the same period in 2018. Furthermore, since the beginning of 2019, gold production has increased by +7.6% compared to the same period last year.
The quantity of processed ore at the plant is comparable, 433,598 tonnes in the second quarter of 2019 vs. 436,224 tonnes in the second quarter of 2018. The addition of a crusher by the end of August should allow the Nampala mine to reduce unplanned stoppages caused by coarse ore.
$20.4 million of gold sold compared to $19.4 million for the same period in 2018, corresponding respectively to 11,760 gold ounces sold (366 kg) at an average price of $1,738 per ounce and 11,481 gold ounces sold (357 kg) at an average price of $1,688 per ounce (difference in gold sales from production can be attributed to each of the periods presented).
Total cash cost1 of $683 per ounce sold compared to $613 per ounce sold for the same period in 2018. This increase is mainly attributed to an increase in the price and consumption of fuel and reagents per ounce sold. Several actions have already taken place: Computerization of fuel control has replaced the existing "mechanical" control. A June initiative to optimize cyanide consumption now provides monthly savings of approximately $68,000. For the future: The planned development of a solar power plant at the mine will allow the Company to produce its electricity at a reduced cost.
Following the release of new 43-101 reports, the application of IFRS standards has changed the amortization calculations. This had an adverse effect on operating income but had no impact on cash flows from operating activities ($8.6 million).
Decrease in the Company's liability in the amount of $2.6 million compared to March 31, 2019. Total liabilities went from $60 million as at June 30, 2018 to $46.1 million as at June 30, 2019, a decrease of $13.9 million over the last 12 months.
Exploration investments using the Nampala operating permit amounting to $0.6 million and $0.3 million in research and exploration using the Mininko and Kamasso permits. The Company invested a total of $7.1 million as part of its 2018-2019 exploration and drilling campaign.

Robex Resources Inc. had a record-breaking second quarter attributable gold production of 12,089 ounces (376 kilograms), representing a monthly average greater than 4,030 ounces (125 kg). In July, the Nampala mine achieved 5,080 ounces (158 kg), its best monthly gold production.
The Company obtains its results through constant factory progression: Last July's record was a triple success: a record production of tonnage with more than 167,000 tonnes of ore processed during the month, a feat in terms of recovery and a technical prowess that managed to significantly reduce the consumption of cyanide (monthly savings of $75,000).
The addition of a crusher by the end of August should allow the Nampala mine to continue this progression: Currently, the Company is in a good position to achieve its ambitious operational objectives that were set for 2019. For the first seven months, attributable gold production reached 28,228 ounces (878 kg), which represents more than 60% of the targeted 45,000 ounces (1,400 kg) for 2019.

HIVE BLOCKCHAIN UPDATES ON ANTICIPATED COST REDUCTIONS; ANNOUNCES RSU AND OPTION GRANTS
Hive Blockchain Technologies Ltd. now anticipates an approximately 40-per-cent reduction in the company's operating and maintenance costs at its GPU mining facility in Sweden, compared with such costs under its previous service provider agreement, which it ended in November, 2019.
The updated cost reduction figure is higher than the approximately 25% that the Company had previously anticipated, as announced in its December 2, 2019 press release. This improvement is the result of locking in a lower than anticipated electricity rate, stemming from an unusually warm winter in Sweden, for a majority of the Company's electricity costs via hedging agreements that will continue through 2020. Electricity, which is provided through green energy, comprises the majority of the Company's operating and maintenance costs.
"We're extremely pleased to have locked in advantageous electricity prices in Sweden through our direct agreements with local suppliers, the result of Hive assuming full control of its Sweden operations in November," said Frank Holmes, Interim Executive Chairman of Hive. "This provides cost certainty and allows us to plan for our next stage of growth. It is another successful step in our efforts to increase our underlying mining profitability in 2020."
Hive is one of the world's largest public miners on the Ethereum blockchain. The Company's Sweden facility comprises the bulk of Hive's current mining operations, along with a significantly smaller GPU mining facility in Iceland. The Company has previously announced it is reviewing opportunities to improve profitability at its Iceland facility or relocate its GPU mining equipment there to a lower cost jurisdiction.
"For the past two years, Hive's share price has been relatively correlated to the price of Ethereum, in part due to traders using our publicly listed and relatively liquid shares as a proxy for holding the cryptocurrency," noted Mr. Holmes. "That correlation unfortunately became decoupled last spring following our proxy battle. However, we are pleased that thus far in 2020, our efforts through 2019 to assume control of and improve our mining operations combined with the increasing adoption of the Ethereum blockchain and increasing investor interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, has resulted in similar investor interest in Hive."
The Company also announced that the Board of Directors has approved the grant of 3,000,000 incentive stock options; 500,000 options each were granted to the Company's directors and certain officers which vest over 24 months. The options are exercisable into the equivalent amount of common shares of the Company at a price of C$0.29 per share. The grants are subject to the approval and rules of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company's incentive stock option plan. All options will expire on February 10, 2030. The Company's Board has also approved the grant of an aggregate of 3,100,000 restricted share units ("RSUs"); 500,000 RSUs each were granted to the Company's directors and certain officers, and 100,000 to a consultant to the Company which vest over 24 months. Each vested RSU entitles the holder to receive one common share of the Company.
Prior to the grants, the Company had approximately 327 million issued and outstanding common shares and approximately 18 million stock options.
The Company's Stock Option Plan and Restricted Share Unit Plan were re-approved by shareholders at Hive's 2019 annual meeting of shareholders on December 18, 2019.Marantha!
