BLUE STAR COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF THE ULU GOLD PROPERTY
Blue Star Gold Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Ulu gold property from Mandalay Resources Corp. Supplementing its high-grade gold resources, the Ulu includes a substantial inventory of capital equipment, a Weatherhaven camp with shop and a 1,200 m long airstrip. The mineral rights in the form of a Crown mining lease were transferred on January 7, 2020 to Blue Star. The Kitikmeot Inuit Association (the "KitIA") agreed on October 1, 2019 to transfer surface access in the form of a land use licence, and on September 10, 2019 the Nunavut Water Board ("NWB") authorized the assignment of the Ulu Water Licence 2BM-ULU1520 to Blue Star.
Through the final steps in the Ulu acquisition process, Blue Star has:Paid to Mandalay the final payment of $450,000 in cash upon transmittal of the Ulu mining lease to Blue Star Gold;Arranged for an arm's length third party to purchase Mandalay's 5,000,000 Blue Star shares;Posted remediation security required by the KitIA and the NWB in the amounts of $750,000 and $1,685,542 respectively;Assumed future reclamation and monitoring obligations associated with Ulu in a manner satisfactory to the KitIA and the NWB; and,Received from Mandalay the transfer of $1,685,542 that was released by the Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada respecting Mandalay's remediation account for the Ulu in relation to the water licence.

HARFANG GENERATES THE KALI PROPERTY NEAR AZIMUT'S PATWON GOLD DISCOVERY FOLLOWING CLAIM ACQUISITION (JAMES BAY, QUEBEC)
Harfang Exploration Inc. has generated the new Kali property in the vicinity of Azimut Exploration's Patwon gold discovery (James Bay, Que.). The property is made up of 194 mineral claims (10,232 hectares) entirely owned by Harfang.
The property covers significant grounds along the Middle and Lower Eastmain greenstone belt (MLEGB) near the contact between the La Grande and Nemiscau-Opinaca geological subprovinces. This contact is spatially associated with significant gold deposits and occurrences (Eleonore mine, and Cheechoo and La Pointe prospects). The property is divided into two separate claim blocks plus two isolated claims. One of them, located inside Azimut's Elmer property, was acquired by Harfang in 2018.
Rock assemblages on the property, as mapped by the ministere de l'Energie et des Ressources naturelles du Quebec, are similar to those described by Azimut in the surroundings of the discovery (see Azimut's press release dated on Jan. 14, 2020/3.15 grams per tonne gold over 102.0 metres). As evidenced by the Quebec government regional magnetic survey, rock units in the western claim block are strongly affected by a major northeast-southwest dextral deformation corridor along the northwestern edge of the MLEGB. This corridor merges with the east-west contact between both subprovinces inside the property limits offering favourable structural traps for gold mineralization.
The Kali project is located 280 km north of Matagami. The western block is located 20 km east of Eastmain's Cree community and is accessible by air transportation or by boat along the Eastmain River. The eastern block is located immediately west of the James Bay paved road and is easily accessible by ground transportation. The region benefits from quality infrastructure including roads, hydroelectric power supply and airports.
Harfang is currently compiling historical geological data along this portion of the greenstone belt which will evolve in designing the first exploration program on this new property.

HARFANG OBTAINS HIGH GOLD GRAIN COUNTS IN GLACIAL TILLS AND INCREASES ITS LAND POSITION AT SERPENT (JAMES BAY, QUEBEC)
Harfang Exploration Inc. has sampled high gold grain counts in till (up to 324 gold grains) collected on the Serpent property located in James Bay (Quebec), delineating a new highly prospective unexplored area. The corporation has added 185 claims to its 100-pe-cent-owned property, which is now made up of 523 claims (27,065 hectares). An induced polarization survey will be conducted during winter 2020 in the new gold-in-till anomaly and the surroundings of the Mista prospect.
Till survey
Results from the fall 2019 till survey have outlined a large gold-in-till anomaly defined by a cluster of nine samples with high gold grain counts (equalling 20 total gold grains) covering a four-square-kilometre area in the southwestern part of the property. Two of the samples returned 235 and 324 total gold grains with 155 and 217 pristine grains, respectively. Pristine grains are delicate pieces of free gold that are generally interpreted to have been derived from bedrock sources close to the sampling sites. The survey, which consisted in 125 till samples exclusively collected in the southwestern part of the property, also returned four additional isolated samples with high gold grain counts (equalling 20 grains). Most samples were taken inside the interpreted limits of a pluri-kilometric deformation corridor.
According to preliminary conclusions by Les Consultants Inlandsis, the contractor mandated to interpret the till results, gold grains appear to be derived from local bedrock sources (less than 200 metres up-ice). This interpretation is based on 1) the high ratios of pristine grains in most of the gold-rich tills; and 2) the limited glacial transportation deduced from the absence of well-developed glacial dispersal trains. Hypothetical bedrock sources for these gold grains open up a totally new unexplored area. Interestingly, magnetic discontinuities suggesting regional west-northeast-east-northeast structures extending over more than five km are abundant in the outlined sector. Harfang now considers that this specific portion of the property represents a high-priority prospective target. Other isolated anomalous till samples are considered as priority targets too. Known high-grade gold showings cannot account for the large gold-in-till anomaly as they are located more than six km to the east. The quantity of gold grains reported (amongst the highest counts in any surveys in James Bay) and the aerial extent of the anomalies further confirm the district gold endowment and its high prospectivity.
Since 2017, Harfang has discovered a total of 15 gold showings on the property with 10 of them grading more than 10 grams per tonne Au (up to 186 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag at Lawr). These gold occurrences are all associated with decimetric (10 to 30 centimetres wide) quartz veins hosted in foliated/gneissic tonalite and gabbroic dikes or at the contact between both lithologies. The Mista prospect (0.99 per cent copper, 0.2 g/t Au and 7.7 g/t silver over 11.7 m), mapped over at least 350 m laterally, corresponds to a sulphide-bearing quartz-rich arenite injected by quartz veins. A spatial link exists between gold-bearing quartz veins and extensive east-west to west-northwest-east-southeast structural breaks represented by magnetic discontinuities. The new gold-in-till anomaly is spatially associated with such magnetic discontinuities in an area which has never been explored by Harfang or any other explorers.
2020 winter exploration program
Given the success of the 2019 till program in highlighting new exploration targets, Harfang is highly motivated to undertake significant exploration on the property in the upcoming months. The corporation will proceed to an induced polarization survey during winter 2020 covering regional structures possibly linked to gold mineralization dispersed by glaciers in nearby till. This ground geophysical survey will also test the Mista trend which hosts the Mista Cu-Au-Ag prospect.

Quality control
Till samples were collected from hand-dug pits at depths up to one m by employees from SL Exploration Inc. Sampling sites are separated from each other by approximately 200 to 250 m and distributed along lines spaced one km apart. Each sample (11 to 17 kilograms) was placed in a plastic bag which was identified by a specific tag number and securely sealed with fibre tape. Samples were sent in two separate batches to Overburden Drilling Management (ODM) (Nepean, Ont.). This laboratory proceeded with the grain count, with the identification of some indicator minerals, and with the determination of gold grain shape from the non-magnetic heavy mineral concentrates. Quantities of grains mentioned in the text correspond to normalized values calculated from the counts given by ODM by adjusting the table feed weights (fraction less than two millimetres) to 10 kg.
Till is a transported surficial media produced during active glaciation that may be affected by subsequent surficial processes resulting in the possible modification of the gold content. As such, the occurrence of a gold anomaly in till is not conclusive evidence of a mineral deposit existing within the property limits.
The sampling procedure and the quality control related to the till program followed protocols developed by SL Exploration and ODM. Interpretation of the results was done by Les Consultants Inlandsis and Harfang's qualified employees.

Harfang (HAR) exploriert Projekte in James Bay und Nunavik.Mit knapp 44 Millionen Aktien voll verwässert sehr übersichtlich.Man hat erst Ende Dezember wieder ein PP durchgeführt,an welchem sich auch diesel mal wieder das Management beteiligt hat.Sehr interessant ist in diesem Zusammenhang die Aktionärsstruktur bei HAR.30% hält der QC Institutional Fonds,16% Osisko Royality,7% Management,Rest Retail.Wenn man sich so die ganzen Zusammenhänge anschaut,ist HAR ein "Vorarbeiter" für die Osisko Group.Kurstechnisch läuft aktuell fast nix.Extrem geringes Handelsvolumen.Kurs steht aktuell bei 0,19 CAD also ATL.Aber genau solche Werte gilt es ja zu entdecken,die eben noch unter jeglichem Radar fliegen und Potenzial beherbergen.

First Mining Gold Corp. has released the remaining results from the drill program completed at the Miller prospect. Miller forms part of the company's wholly owned Goldlund property in Ontario, Canada, and is located 10 kilometres northeast and along strike of the current resource area at Goldlund.
Latest highlights from holes drilled at Miller include:
Hole MI-19-040 intersected 1.35 grams per tonne gold over 59.0 metres: Including 2.23 g/t Au over 33.0 m and 44.07 g/t Au over 1.0 m.
Hole MI-19-034 intersected 1.62 g/t Au over 12.0 m: Including 18.07 g/t Au over 1.0 m.

Zum Jahresstart möchte ich noch einen kleinen Rückblick über ein paar Investments machen, die mich 2019 sehr beschäftigt haben.
Außerdem möchte ich einige Investments die ich bisher im internen Thread vorgestellt habe, ab 2020 im öffentlichen Thread einstellen, da wir hier sowieso nur noch eine kleine Rasselbande an Rohstoffler`n sind (....sind wir eine aussterbende Spezi`s wie die Dinosaurier ??? )
Die größte Enttäuschung für mich war nicht nur 2018 sondern auch 2019 GLDN:
Das 2019 kleine Ölproduzenten super liefen, damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet, denn ich hätte eher bei den Goldjuniors mit stärkeren Aufschlägen gerechnet.
AU:CYL hatte ich das erste mal Juli 2016 hier im internen Board bei ca. 0,60 AUS$ vorgestellt...
Natürlich liege auch nicht mit allen Werten auf der Goldspur.... aber bei AU:CYL ist die Story immer noch intakt, aber korrekturbedürftig nach dem letzten Anstieg
AU:CYL ist für mich für 2020 oder später ein klarer Übernahmekandidat.

Nichtsdestotrotz halte ich LBC für sehr interessant aufgrund der bisherigen Ressourcen gemessen an der aktuellen Marketcap von ca. 10 Mio.CAN$. Der Bergbau- und Rohstoffkonzern ist 2019 wegen milliardenschwerer Abschreibungen und sinkender Rohstoffpreise in die Verlustzone gerutscht. Der auf die Aktionäre entfallende Verlust betrug im vergangenen Jahr 404 Millionen US-Dollar (373 Mio Euro). Ein Jahr zuvor hatte hier ein Gewinn von 3,4 Milliarden Dollar gestanden. Ohne die Abschreibungen in Höhe von 2,8 Milliarden Dollar hätte Glencore einen Gewinn von 2,4 Milliarden Dollar ausgewiesen.
Wertberichtigungen nahm Glencore vor allem bei seinem kolumbianischen Kohlegeschäft, seinem Ölgeschäft im Tschad und seinem afrikanischen Kupfergeschäft vor. Die Aktionäre sollen dennoch wie bereits im Vorjahr eine Dividende von 20 US-Cent je Aktie erhalten.Marantha!

Zum Jahresstart möchte ich noch einen kleinen Rückblick über ein paar Investments machen, die mich 2019 sehr beschäftigt haben.
Außerdem möchte ich einige Investments die ich bisher im internen Thread vorgestellt habe, ab 2020 im öffentlichen Thread einstellen, da wir hier sowieso nur noch eine kleine Rasselbande an Rohstoffler`n sind (....sind wir eine aussterbende Spezi`s wie die Dinosaurier ??? )
Die größte Enttäuschung für mich war nicht nur 2018 sondern auch 2019 GLDN:
Das 2019 kleine Ölproduzenten super liefen, damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet, denn ich hätte eher bei den Goldjuniors mit stärkeren Aufschlägen gerechnet.
AU:CYL hatte ich das erste mal Juli 2016 hier im internen Board bei ca. 0,60 AUS$ vorgestellt...
Natürlich liege auch nicht mit allen Werten auf der Goldspur.... aber bei AU:CYL ist die Story immer noch intakt, aber korrekturbedürftig nach dem letzten Anstieg
AU:CYL ist für mich für 2020 oder später ein klarer Übernahmekandidat.

AU:CWX Explorer mit Rio Tinto Farm In und Farm In and Joint Venture with Fortescue für dessen Projekte geschlossen. Grosse Player mit Erfahrung die die Projekte weitervorantreiben und Geld mitbringen.
Auf meiner watchlist sind bei mir als Goldproduzent NGD und als Kupferexplorer LBC. (LBC aus dem internen rüber geholt)
Bei LBC ist Ian Slater als CEO tätig. Viele von uns kennen ihn hier noch von Red Eagle Mining, die als Minengesellschaft nicht überlebt hat. Nichtsdestotrotz halte ich LBC für sehr interessant aufgrund der bisherigen Ressourcen gemessen an der aktuellen Marketcap von ca. 10 Mio.CAN$. Angkor’s Oil & Gas Projects
In August, 2019, Angkor announced that it had received approval of its license application for Block VIII, a 7300 square kilometre oil and gas concession in Cambodia and is proceeding with the negotiation of the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) with regard to the license.

Maverix Metals Inc. had record gold equivalent ounces for 2019 and has provided guidance for 2020.
Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Production
Maverix recorded approximately 7,000 attributable gold equivalent ounces1 in the fourth quarter of 2019 and a record of approximately 24,000 attributable gold equivalent ounces1 for the full year 2019. The 2019 result was on the upper end of the previously announced guidance range and represents an increase of 15% compared to 2018.
2019 Highlights
Record annual gold equivalent ounces;
Acquired a portfolio of 24 royalties from Kinross Gold and welcomed Kinross as a new shareholder of the Company;
Increased the royalty on TMAC Resources' Hope Bay mine from 1.0% to 2.5%;
Acquired a 22.5% silver stream on Ascendant Resources' El Mochito mine;
Completed listing on the NYSE American Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange;
Declared an inaugural quarterly dividend; and
Amended and increased the revolving credit facility to US$120 million.
2020 Outlook
In 2020, Maverix expects 27,000 to 30,000 attributable gold equivalent ounces1 with approximately 97% of expected revenue derived from gold and silver.

PETROTAL ANNOUNCES 2019 YEAR-END OIL RESERVES AND OPERATIONAL UPDATE
Petrotal Corp. has released results of its 2019 year-end reserve evaluation by Netherland, Sewell & Associates Inc. (NSAI) for the Bretana oil field, operated 100 per cent by Petrotal, and has provided an update on current activity and production. All currency amounts are in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise stated), and comparisons refer to Dec. 31, 2018.
Highlights:
Proven (1P) reserves increased by 20 per cent to 21.5 million barrels (mmbbl) from 17.9 mmbbl, proven plus probable (2P) reserves increased by 21 per cent to 47.7 mmbbl from 39.4 mmbbl, and proven plus probable and possible (3P) reserves increased by 8 per cent to 84.8 mmbbl from 78.7 mmbbl.
Related to 2019 oil production of 1.5 mmbbl, reserve additions replaced 240 per cent in 1P reserves, 553 per cent in 2P reserves and 407 per cent in 3P reserves; Bretana's reserve life index for 1P and 2P reserves is now 7.7 years and 17.0 years, respectively.
Net present value (before tax, discounted at 10 per cent) (NPV10) is calculated at $434-million ($20.19/bbl) for 1P reserves, $1.1-billion ($23.02/bbl) for 2P reserves and $1.9-billion ($22.11/bbl) for 3P reserves: Using the 2019 year-end Brent oil price strip, NPV10 is calculated at $280-million for 1P reserves, $722-million for 2P reserves and $1.2-billion for 3P reserves.
The successful 2019 development program, combined with all future development and abandonment costs, represents total finding and development costs of $12.04/bbl for 1P reserves, $5.32/bbl for 2P reserves and $4.06/bbl for 3P reserves.
Original oil-in-place (OOIP) estimates for each category of reserves have also increased, with the 2P estimate increasing from 329 mmbbl to 364 mmbbl.
NSAI attributes a corresponding 2P recovery factor of 13.6 per cent, increased from 12 per cent at year-end 2018.
On a 2P basis, this represents a recycle ratio of 6.5 times, based on the total $5.32/bbl finding and development cost relative to a netback of $35/bbl (at $65/bbl Brent oil price).
Drilling has commenced for the Bretana 6H well, planned to have the longest lateral to date with an estimated drill time of 60 days.
Current oil production at Bretana is approximately 10,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd).
