China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. Intercepts 248.09 Meters of 0.78 Grams/Tonne Gold at Its CSH Gold Mine

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2011) - China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (TSX:CGG)(HKSE:2099) (the "Company") is pleased to announce an update on its exploration progress for 2011 at its CSH gold mine in Inner Mongolia, China. The planned 108 hole - 59,135.40 meter drill campaign was completed in early November 2011 on schedule, which is aimed to define more resource down depth below the current open pit. All of the assay results were received in late November 2011.

Highlights of the 2011 drill program from the recently received assay results include intercepts of 340.36 meters (true width 248.09 meters) grading 0.78 grams per tonne (g/t) gold in hole DDH9900-2 and 221.88 meters (true width 190.99 meters) grading 0.92 grams per tonne (g/t) gold in hole DDH9800-3.

"We are pleased with the results from the drill campaign. The results indicate that the gold mineralization is continuous and the gold grade has improved to depth beneath the current open pit operation and provides confidence that the resource at CSH will have a significant increase. With the growing gold resource, and the recent increases in mine water supply, we look forward to potentially further expanding the mine production capacity from its current 30,000 tpd," commented Dr. Xin Song, the Company's CEO.

The following is a brief summary on the 2011 drilling results:

Gold ist teuer - Minen-Aktien sind billig

Gold hat einen sagenhaften Kursanstieg hinter sich; die Aktien der Goldminen-Betreiber hinken mit Ach und Krach hinterher. Dies lässt den Schluss zu, dass entweder Gold massiv überbewertet oder die Minenwerte massiv unterbewertet sind.

Arianne Pleased with Public Involvement in Lac a Paul Mining Project

SAGUENAY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2011) - Arianne Resources Inc ("Arianne" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRSSF), through its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bernard Lapointe, would like to express its satisfaction regarding the public's involvement in the development of the Lac à Paul mining project located 170 km from St-Ludger-de-Milot, north of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean. Nearly 90 people took part in the second round of public consultation meetings for the project, held on December 6 and 7 in the communities of Dolbeau-Mistassini and Saguenay in the Jonquière district. "The public meetings were very productive and will help us improve our environmental and social impact study", commented Mr. Lapointe. Last June, Arianne announced it would keep the public informed about the findings of its Pre-Feasibility Study. This study has now concluded that the Lac à Paul Project, which would produce apatite (phosphorous) concentrate, is an economically viable world-class mining project.

Arianne's public consultation process is jointly managed by the Eco-Council of the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi as part of a research project on a participative involvement process in line with the Company's sustainable development policy. As part of its efforts towards the responsible development of the Lac à Paul Project, Arianne will continue to consult with all people and groups interested or affected by the project in any way, and these consultations will take place during all phases of the project.

"The discussion forum during the public meetings on December 6 and 7 proved to be a great brainstorming session, providing many positive suggestions for improving the project's social, environmental and economic aspects so that we may work in harmony with those who live in the area and incorporate the best practices of sustainable development", explained Mr. Lapointe. The project is scheduled to enter the next phase, the Feasibility Study, in 2012.

Arianne's Lac à Paul Project aims to mine two apatite deposits on the Lac à Paul property of the Chute des Passes area, north of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. The project would require an initial investment of about $650 million, creating 340 direct jobs during the mining phase and more than 400 jobs during construction. The mining project would also contribute substantially to local and regional economic development, in addition to creating about 400 indirect jobs and establishing the procurement of goods and services in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region throughout the life of the mine.

Gold: Experten erwarten Anfang 2012 weitere Verluste

Crazy Horse Resources Inc. Completes Updated Resource Report

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2011) - Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZH) ("Crazy Horse" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release of November 14, 2011, it has commissioned a revised scoping study on the benefits and economic performance of a 15 Mtpa mine and process operation for its Taysan Copper Gold Project, Philippines (the "Report").

The Report dated December 16, 2011 and entitled "Revised Preliminary Economic Assessment For A 15 Million Tonne Per Annum Mine" was authored by Barton Metals Pty Ltd. of Australia and presents the results of a revised scoping study for a smaller, more financially robust project.

The scoping study is based on new pit optimizations at a higher copper cutoff grade (0.19% vs 0.10%), as well as a reduced plant size of 15Mtpa (compared to 30 Mtpa). These changes result in a significant increase in profitability, with the internal rate of return of the Project (IRR) increasing by over a third to 29.3%, from the 21.9% shown in the last Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") based on a 30 Mtpa project. The net present value (NPV) at US$484 million remains highly attractive:

Revett Provides Operational Guidance for 2012

SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2011) - Revett Minerals Inc. (NYSE Amex:RVM) (TSX:RVM) is pleased to issue 2012 operational guidance for production from its Troy silver and copper mine in northwestern Montana.

Production at the Troy Mine is expected to be approximately 1.4 million ounces of silver and 11.5 million pounds of copper for 2012. Based on the current mine plan, mill throughput is anticipated to average 4,000 tons per day and grades are expected to average around 1.15 ounces per ton silver and 0.47% copper. Production costs on a net of byproduct basis are estimated to be US$4.89 per ounce of silver and US$1.54 per pound of copper and on a co-product basis costs are estimated to be US$13.79 per ounce of silver and US$2.24 per pound of copper.

Revett has hedged approximately 25% of its 2012 copper production at US$4.00 per pound.

Development work in the I-Bed area is scheduled to begin in August of 2012 following minor permit revisions and will continue for approximately 24 months with an estimated budget of US$15M. Although the total I Bed development is expected to take approximately 24 months to access reserves in the South Ore Body, it is anticipated mineralization will be encountered in the North Ore Body that may be economic for ore processing in late 2012 or by mid-year 2013. The Company will utilize a dedicated in-house development crew to drive the twin access declines that will provide for both ventilation and a secondary escapeway. Completion of this development work will provide a key component of the extended mine life at Troy.

Rick Rule - I Personally Bought Over $10 Million This Week

With gold stabilizing near the $1,600 level and silver below $30, today King World News interviewed one of the most street smart pros in the resource sector, Rick Rule, Founder of Global Resource Investments. Rule had some fascinating things to share with KWN, but in particular with regards to what he is doing with his own money right now. When asked about the recent plunge in the price of gold, silver and the mining shares, Rule replied, “For a lot of the financial interests in gold, they’ve had their credit lines cut, they can’t hold it. We saw that in 2008 also. Because of recent weakness in the euro, the dollar has become the safe haven trade. So there has been strength in the dollar, hence the weakness in gold.”

December 16, 2011

Rick Rule continues:

“I personally don’t see that continuing for reasons that you and I have talked about many times, but could it continue for two or three more months? Absolutely. I’m delighted to see it as a buyer. With regards to the smaller gold and silver companies, you’re seeing declines in all of the peripheral investments.

I need to say, Eric, and you’re the first to hear this, it’s my belief that markets will break sharply lower in the very near-term because this week I’ve personally committed $10 to $15 million in money to the sector and normally I buy too soon.

I believe as you do, Eric, that if you have a choice in troubled times, and make no mistake these are troubled times, you would own gold and silver in preference to any fiat currency. So I think in the intermediate and long-term gold does pretty well.

As I alluded to earlier, the junior gold and silver miners in many cases are very cheap. I’m not talking about 3,000 companies, I’m talking about the best 10% of the issuers and those are cheap....

“Cheap enough, as I said earlier, for me to commit between $10 to $15 million of my own money this week to buying them. That’s almost a guarantee that in the interim they go lower. I’m not a technician, but I’ve been told the gold and silver charts have broken down and I suspect that precipitated a bit of selling.

From my viewpoint I’m not buying these things because I think the market response will get better. I’m buying junior gold and silver stocks that I think will be taken over by larger gold and silver producers in the 12 to 24 month time frame. From that point of view I welcome the bargains I see in the sector.”

When asked about silver specifically, Rule stated, “Eric (Sprott) continues to point, I think wisely, to the fact that there is a very, very broad paper market in silver and a much more constrained physical market in silver.

He (Sprott) has also said that to the extent the silver price has declined, financial interests would continue to buy silver and this is exactly what has taken place. The tipping point where the paper longs exhaust the physicals could come and if we had a failure to deliver in the futures market, the upside would be truly explosive. If it does occur it will be a spectacular financial event.”

WISCO has agreed to use commercial best efforts to assist the JV Company to obtain project financing for 70% of the development costs required to achieve start of commercial production for the Lac Otelnuk Project, the size and scope of which will be determined by a bankable Feasibility Study. WISCO has agreed to provide dilution protection to Adriana by providing funding assistance of up to a maximum of CDN$200 million for a term of up to 12 months in the event that Adriana has difficulty in funding its share of any cash call prior to the achievement of commercial production. Adriana and WISCO have agreed to purchase all the production from the JV Company at fair market value in proportion to their respective equity interests. Mr. Palmiere will be appointed as the CEO of the JV Company and Adriana will have the right to appoint two of the five directors of the JV Company. The JV Company will reimburse Adriana for certain expenditures incurred on the Lac Otelnuk Project since January 17, 2011, the date Adriana and WISCO entered into the original Framework Agreement. The finder's fee originally announced of 10% of the cash consideration and a participating 4% interest in the Project was renegotiated, and as a result, a finder's fee in the amount of CDN$6,763,361 will be paid by Adriana on the closing of the JV Agreement in full satisfaction of the previously disclosed agreement with an arm's length third party.

The transactions contemplated in the JV Agreement are subject to a number of conditions which include, among other things, Government approvals in Canada and China, and regulatory approvals including final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and the receipt of shareholder approval by Adriana as required under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Adriana will be seeking shareholder approval by way of written consent of shareholders holding at least 50.1% of the issued and outstanding common shares. The transaction is anticipated to close on or before January 19, 2012.
