-1X IN CPO-5 BLOCK
March 11, 2013 – Calgary, Alberta: Petrodorado
Energy Ltd. ("Petrodorado" or the "Company")
(TSXV-PDQ)
intends to case and test the second exploration well, Loto-1X, in the CPO-5 Block located
in the Llanos Basin in Colombia.
Loto-1X
This second exploration well commenced on January 22,
2013, and was drilled to a total measured depth
of 10,500 feet. The Loto-1X well targeted
the Mirador, Guadalupe and Une sands.
Drilling has been completed and three conventional
cores were obtained and logging operations have
been concluded. Petrophysical evaluation supported
by the conventional cores
indicates that the target
reservoir sands in the Tertiary, Mirador and Guadalupe
formations are oil bearing. Well logs indicate total
potential net oil pay of approximately 80 feet of high quality sand.
Fluid sampling is presently being run in the three po
tential reservoirs as well as in the Une formation to
confirm if it contains mobile hydrocarbons.
An ESP multi-zone testing program using the present
drilling rig is planned for the Loto-1X well in
the Mirador, Guadalupe and Une formations. The Un
e formation will be tested conditional on fluid
sampling results.
The CPO-5 Block is presently under phase one of a tw
o-phase exploration program of a total of 5
committed exploration wells.
Petrodorado has a 30% non-operated working interest in the CPO-5 Block.

quality sands in the target zones and are similar to
the sands found in nearby discoveries". We await t

SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN INDEPENDENT RESOURCE ESTIMATES IN SIDI MOKTAR OPERATED LICENCE

Longreach Oil and Gas Ltd.'s updated independent assessment of the company's prospective resources on the Sidi Moktar licence has been completed by Gaffney, Cline & Associates. Longreach operates and holds a 50-per-cent working interest in the Sidi Moktar licence. The independent assessment was carried out in accordance with the standards established by the Canadian Securities Administrators in National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities using the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook. The tables have been prepared for the convenience of readers by Longreach, detailing prospective hydrocarbon resources by prospects and leads and with the associated geological chance of success (GCoS).

probability that drilling this prospect would result in a discovery,
which would warrant the reclassification of that volume as a

4. It is inappropriate to aggregate prospective resources without due

5. The table represents the expected outcomes for a gas condensate
discovery based on the nearest analogue being the Meskala gas
condensate field. There is, however, a chance of the discovery being
just dry gas, as is found in the overlying Kechoula field. The dry
gas case is not stated here.

Commenting, Andrew Benitz, chief executive officer of Longreach, said: "Gaffney, Cline's independent assessment confirms and augments the enormous resource potential of the Sidi Moktar licence, our Moroccan onshore operated acreage. I am pleased that the investment to date in the exploration program has yielded these results showing a considerable increase in the prospective resources assigned to our drillable prospects and a growing number of leads which Longreach is in the process of high-grading to prospect status. With a multiwell drill program planned across our licences, we expect the next 18 months to be transformational for Longreach."

It should be noted that these estimates do not include any of the company's other four non-operated licence areas, onshore and offshore Morocco.

Gaffney, Cline confirms that Longreach's thorough reinterpretation of the seismic and other data has resulted in a new model for the structural evolution of the Sidi Moktar area and concurs with Longreach's interpretation that the anticlines are more likely formed by inversion of Permo-Triassic half grabens and that there is potential for hydrocarbon bearing clastic reservoirs to be found below the historical hydrocarbon discoveries.

Longreach completed recently its 2-D seismic program on the Sidi Moktar Licence. Five hundred twenty kilometres of seismic data were acquired. Priority lines over Longreach's drill-ready targets, Koba and Kamar, have been processed by Key Seismic Solutions Ltd. in Calgary using the processing sequence and parameters determined by Longreach during the extensive reprocessing project completed in 2012. The priority lines have been incorporated into the company's interpretation to finalize the well locations for the 2013 drilling program.

The last independent resources study, completed for Longreach in March, 2011, by AJM Petroleum Consultants, Calgary, Canada, covering five existing fields within Sidi Moktar, attributed undiscovered gas initially in place of approximately 111 (low), 292 (best) and 776 (high) billion cubic feet for Silurian-sourced Triassic targets.

COMPLETION OF SEISMIC PROGRAMME IN SIDI MOKTAR

Longreach Oil and Gas Ltd. has completed its 2-D seismic program on the operated Sidi Moktar licence, onshore Morocco, on time and in budget.

Five hundred twenty kilometres of high-quality seismic data was acquired in 47 lines over the portfolio of prospects and leads in fulfilment of the licence commitment of 500 kilometres.

Priority lines, over Longreach's drill-ready targets, Koba and Kamar, have been processed by Key Seismic in Calgary using the processing sequence and parameters determined by Longreach during the extensive reprocessing project completed in 2012. The priority lines are being incorporated into the company's interpretation to finalize the well locations for the 2013 drilling program.

In addition, the survey was designed to high grade and promote existing leads to prospect status.

The survey was conducted by Prospectiuni in compliance with the approved environmental impact assessment to the highest international HSE standards.

Andrew Benitz, chief executive officer of Longreach, said: "With this seismic program complete, we are now looking ahead to drilling our first well on the Sidi Moktar licence in the next few months. This is an extremely exciting time for the company, with a well-funded, multiwell work program ahead of it."

BLAKENEY MANAGEMENT UPDATES EARLY WARNING REPORT

Pursuant to the early warning requirements of applicable Canadian securities laws, Blakeney Management is providing an update to its previous early warning report dated Aug. 2, 2011, filed in respect of Longreach Oil and Gas Ltd.

The funds Blakeney manages acquired ownership of, or control or direction over, an additional 3,571,439 ordinary shares of Longreach upon the exchange of 19,230,770 ordinary shares of Apic Petroleum Corp. resulting from the automatic exercise of subscription receipts (as defined below) previously purchased by Blakeney funds.

Longreach and Apic entered into an arrangement agreement on Nov. 7, 2012, which involved, among other things, the transfer of the whole of the undertaking, property and liabilities of Apic to Longreach, with Longreach being the surviving legal entity and Apic dissolving and delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange. The arrangement was completed on Dec. 20, 2012. In connection with the arrangement, Apic completed a non-brokered offering of subscription receipts on Oct. 31, 2012. A total of 230,786,918 subscription receipts were sold under the offering at a price of 13 cents per subscription receipt for total gross proceeds of $30,002,299.73.

Funds managed by Blakeney acquired 19,230,770 subscription receipts under the offering. Each subscription receipt was automatically exercisable, for no additional consideration and without any further action by the holder thereof, into one Apic share, immediately prior to the completion of the arrangement. Upon completion of the arrangement, each holder of Apic shares received one Longreach share for every 5.3846 Apic shares. The exchange ratio of 5.3846 was determined based on the fair market value of the Longreach and Apic share prices.

Prior to the arrangement, funds managed by Blakeney owned and controlled, directly and indirectly, 4,761,905 Longreach shares. Funds managed by Blakeney also held 4,761,905 ordinary share purchase warrants entitling it to acquire one Longreach share at a price of $1.25 per Longreach share at any time before 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date that is 18 months following July 29, 2011.

As a result of the arrangement, Blakeney's entities Blakeney Investors SICAV, CC Development Partners LP, Blakeney LP, Ithaca LP, Austin Alpha LP, Heviben LP, Palo Alto LP, Menafrika LP and Blakeney Sand Hill LP now beneficially own and control, directly and indirectly, a total of 8,333,344 Longreach shares. If the warrants controlled by Blakeney funds are fully exercised into 4,761,905 Longreach shares, funds managed by Blakeney would control 13,095,249 Longreach shares.

Stated as a percentage, Blakeney funds' holdings of Longreach shares have decreased from approximately 20.3 per cent, as disclosed in Blakeney's early warning report dated Aug. 2, 2011, to approximately 10.31 per cent, as of the date of this early warning report. Assuming the exercise of the warrants controlled by the funds managed by Blakeney, Blakeney funds' holdings of Longreach shares have decreased from approximately 33.7 per cent, as disclosed in Blakeney's early warning report dated Aug. 2, 2011, to approximately 15.3 per cent, as of the date of this early warning report (assuming the exercise of Blakeney funds' warrants for Longreach shares, but no other conversion or exercise of any other securities of Longreach by other holders).

Longreach shares are listed on the TSX-V. The Longreach shares were acquired and are held by the funds managed by Blakeney for investment purposes. They may dispose of their holdings or acquire ownership of, or control or direction over, additional securities of Longreach, depending on market conditions and in compliance with applicable law.

Veröffentlichung der endgültigen Zahlen zum deutschen Verbraucherpreisindex und HVPI für Februar 2013

Die Verbraucherpreise sind zum Vormonat um 0,6 % gestiegen nach zuletzt -0,5 %. Die Jahresteuerung liegt bei 1,5 % nach zuvor 1,7 %.

Der für Europa berechnete harmonisierte Verbraucherpreisindex für Deutschland hat sich im Februar gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 1,8 % erhöht. Im Monatsvergleich kletterte der harmonisierte Index um 0,8 %.

Veröffentlichung der Zahlen zu den deutschen Großhandelspreisen für Februar 2013

Die deutschen Großhandelspreise sind im Februar gegenüber dem Vormonat um 0,1 % gestiegen nach 0,3 % im Vormonat. Im Jahresvergleich ist der Preisindex des Großhandels in Deutschland um 1,4 % geklettert nach zuvor 2,3 %.

Veröffentlichung der Zahlen zu den deutschen Insolvenzen für Dezember 2012

Im Dezember ist die Zahl der Insolvenzen in Deutschland insgesamt im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat um 23,3 % auf 9.816 zurückgegangen. Die Zahl der Unternehmensinsolvenzen ist dabei binnen gleicher Frist um 24,4 % auf 1.885 gesunken.

Im gesamten Jahr 2012 ist die Zahl der Insolvenzen insgesamt verglichen mit dem Vorjahr um 5,7 % auf 150.342 gesunken, während die Unternehmensinsolvenzen in Deutschland im Vergleich um 6,0 % auf 28.304 zurückgegangen sind.
