Batero to sell all CB Gold shares to Red Eagle

BATERO DISPOSES OF ITS SHAREHOLDINGS IN CB GOLD INC.

Batero Gold Corp. has entered into a binding agreement with Red Eagle Mining Corp., an arm's-length party, pursuant to which the company will sell to Red Eagle all of its shareholdings of CB Gold Inc., with its head office at Suite 2348, 666 Burrard St., Vancouver, B.C., V6C 2X8, being 83,020,237 common shares of CB Gold, or approximately 23 per cent of the current issued and outstanding common shares of CB Gold, at a deemed price of 8.5 cents per CB share. As consideration for the CB shares, Red Eagle will issue to Batero 7,428,126 common shares of Red Eagle.

The settlement of the transaction is anticipated to occur on Nov. 2, 2016.

Batero Gold Corp. has closed the previously announced transaction involving the sale of all of its shareholdings of CB Gold Inc. to Red Eagle Mining Corp. in exchange for 7,428,126 common shares of Red Eagle. Following closing of the transaction with Red Eagle, Batero sold the Red Eagle shares for cash consideration of approximately $7,056,000.

About Batero

Batero is a precious and base metals exploration and development company focused on moving the La Cumbre oxide deposit toward a production decision. Once the appropriate level of study has been completed, Batero intends to target the near-surface, higher-grade oxidized gold mineralization at the deposit. Ne, im Ernst, bei R macht es wirklich Sinn, eine Tradingposi im Bereich 70-75cents zu platzieren. War jetzt gestern zum zweiten Mal innerhalb einiger Tage, dass das Orderbuch nach unten aufgeräumt wurde. Ich rechne damit, dass die Aktie weiterhin so volatil bleibt und dann kann man die gut traden.

Den Wert beobachte ich seit Jahren. Und solange wird der von Börsenbriefen empfohlen. Entweder es war eine sehr fundierte Empfehlung oder es tut sich wirklich was.
