McPhy Energy ("McPhy") announces that, during the hearing on June 24, 2025, the
Belfort Commercial Court (the "Court") reviewed the offers submitted as part of
the judicial reorganization process(1). The deliberation has been set for July
8, 2025.
Whether or not an offer is adopted by the Court, it is anticipated that the
judicial reorganization opened against McPhy will be converted into judicial
liquidation to allow the liquidation of the assets and activities not
transferred. The conversion decision will likely be taken at the same time as
the judgment on the offers.
It is recalled that the judicial liquidation of McPhy will result in the
delisting of its shares(2) and, given the anticipated level of realization of
the assets compared to the Company's liabilities(3), that the value of the McPhy
shares is likely to be nil and no reimbursement to the shareholders will be
made.

Boot Barn Holdings Inc.: die aktie sprang nach den letzten qu-zahlen (trotz schlechter als von analysten erwartet) massiv an und bildete mit einer aufwärtskurslücke eine kursinsel im bereich ~152$ - 170$. unter der insel befindet eine gähnende lücke von annähernd 12$. ich habe zwar keine statistischen werte, wie häufig run away gaps geschlossen werden, aber derzeit kämpft der markt an der unterkante selbiger. sollten hier die bullen gewinne realisieren, könnte diese lücke zügig geschlossen werden, zumal die aktie nicht zu umsatzstärksten gehört. heute geht es vom th bei 160$ zurück an das tt (154. 53$) bei momentanen 155$.

(MT Newswires) - Moody's hat am Mittwoch die B2-Langfristbewertung der Unternehmensfamilie sowie das B2-PD-Ausfallrisiko von Eutelsat Communications (ETL.PA) zur Überprüfung mit Blick auf ein mögliches Upgrade gestellt.Die Ratingagentur teilte am Mittwoch mit, dass diese Überprüfung die Erwartung widerspiegelt, dass ein potenzieller Anstieg des französischen Staatsanteils am Satellitenbetreiber auf 29,99 % nach einer zweistufigen Kapitalerhöhung in Höhe von 1,35 Milliarden Euro sich positiv auf das Kreditrating auswirken könnte.
