QUANTUM EMOTION ANNOUNCES UPSIZED BROKERED LIFE FINANCING OF C$12,000,000
Quantum Emotion Corp. has increased the size of its previously announced best efforts brokered private placement due to increased institutional demand for total gross proceeds of $12-million, consisting of eight million units of the corporation at a price of $1.50 per unit, pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption (the LIFE exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 -- Prospectus Exemptions (NI 45-106).
AGP Canada Investments ULC is acting as the sole bookrunner and agent for the offering and AGP/Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole United States placement agent for the offering.
