Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 8, 2022) - E79 Resources Corp. (CSE: ESNR) (OTCQB: ESVNF) ("E79" or the "Company") is pleased to report additional assay results from diamond drilling at its Happy Valley Gold Prospect on its Myrtleford property in Victoria, Australia.

HIGHLIGHTS

Drill hole HVD010

Hole HVD010 intercepted a broad zone of mineralization at a depth of approximately 400m below surface and 200m below the historical mine workings.
This is the deepest intercept at the Happy Valley Prospect to date and demonstrates a significant vertical extent of mineralization.
Results include 3m @ 5.8 g/t gold (Au) from 390.0m and 0.6m @ 5.23 g/t Au from 374.4m within a broader zone, including 37.3m @ 0.9 g/t Au from 356.7m downhole.
Progress on Nearby Targets

Multiple quartz-sulphide-bearing structures have been intersected at the Franklin/Champion Reef Prospect.
Assay results are still pending for drill holes HVD017, HVD018 and HVD019, and results will be made available once they are received.
Drilling has commenced beneath historical workings at the Manager's Hill Prospect which is located approximately 500m northeast of the Happy Valley Prospect.
At Twists Creek, which is approximately 40km north of Happy Valley, drilling is continuing and so far, the Company has completed 11 holes for approximately 2,700m. The Company will announce results from this program once it has received assay results from the lab.
Patrick Donnelly, E79's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Our ongoing drill program at Happy Valley continues to deliver impressive results and confirms the continuity of the gold system at depth.

"Inaugural drill testing of nearby targets is in progress which could potentially identify multiple shoots at the Franklin/Champion Reef and at Manager's Hill, which are in close proximity to the high-grade Happy Valley system.

"Drilling is also continuing at Twists Creek, which hosts multiple reef structures, and we expect gold assay results from the area soon."

MONTAGE ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT WITH BARRICK AND ENDEAVOUR TO EXPAND KONE GOLD PROJECT AND ARRANGES $20 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING

Montage Gold Corp. has entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corp. and a subsidiary of Endeavour Mining PLC, pursuant to which Montage will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Mankono-Sissedougou joint venture project (as described below and referred to as Mankono), which consists of three properties contiguous to the company's Kone gold project (KGP) in Ivory Coast. Under the terms of the agreement, Montage will acquire 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Mankono Exploration Ltd. (a Jersey Company), which indirectly holds Mankono, for total consideration of $30-million comprising $14.5-million in cash, 22,142,857 common shares of Montage, and the granting of a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty (allocated 70 per cent to Barrick and 30 per cent to Endeavour based on their relative ownership interest in Mankono Exploration).

Closing of the transaction is subject to, among other things, the granting by the government of Ivory Coast of the Gbongogo exploration permit, an exploration permit application which has been submitted by a subsidiary of Mankono Exploration. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur within six months of this announcement.

Consolidates land position to 2,259 square kilometres of contiguous ground;
All areas within haulage distance of proposed Kone mill location;
$20-million (U.S.) in historic exploration spend with extensive database;

Exploration of Mankono will target high-grade satellite potential;
Montage welcomes Barrick and Endeavour as new shareholders:
Barrick and Endeavour to own 9.93% and 4.26% of Montage, respectively, post-closing
Transaction cash consideration to be funded via C$20 million bought deal private placement of subscription receipts

Mein Sohn und ich hatten einen niedrigen CT Wert von 17 gehabt....
Hat dann auch fast 2 Wochen mit dem freitesten gedauert.

Wir waren zwar positiv getestet, hatten aber zum Glück keinerlei Symptome gehabt.
Hätte ich mich nicht getestet, wäre ich weiter zur Arbeit gegangen...

=> gute trades euch/uns allen. ich werde erst später wieder in das geschehen eingreifen.

Natural Gas Falls Further on Freeport LNG Shutdown -- Market Talk oel/gas

0835 ET - Natural gas prices fall 2.8% to $8.458/mmBtu after Freeport LNG, one of the nation's largest LNG exporters, said yesterday's fire at its liquefaction facility near Houston means it will be completely shut down for at least three weeks. While the shutdown of natural gas production facilities tends to cause prices to rise because it reduces supply, the shutdown of an LNG plant such as this reduces demand for natural gas, thus causing prices to fall. The Freeport site produces more than 2B cubic feet per day of LNG, about 20% of total US LNG, from natural gas piped into the plant. So the lack of that feedgas demand could push US natural gas storage inventories higher. (dan.molinski@wsj.com)

DISCOVERY SILVER ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXERCISES, RESULTING IN INCREASED CASH BALANCE OF C$70 MILLION

An aggregate of 23,531,812 common share purchase warrants of Discovery Silver Corp. with an exercise price of 77 cents were exercised prior to their expiry on June 8, 2022. The exercises resulted in gross proceeds of approximately C$18 million. The Company's current cash balance has increased to approximately C$70 million.

Of the 23,531,812 Warrants that were exercised, Mr. Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd. (a corporation he beneficially owns), exercised 9,090,909 Warrants for aggregate consideration of C$7 million. Charttechnisch gestern das Gap aus Oktober 2021 geschlossen und evtl. mit 0,80 CAN$ einen Double Bottom gebildet.

der kurs oszilliert im eng umrissenen intervall zwischen 21.40$ und 22.50$. mit der wocheneröffnung wurde die alte kampfzone bei 22.00$ erneut als widerstand angehandelt und wieder bestätigt. auf tagesbasis zeigt sich bei 21.40$/21.20$ eine getestete unterstützung. nachhaltiges unterschreiten geben den weg zum jahrestief (20.42$) frei. der abwärtstrend ist intakt, eine neutralisation ergäbe sich bei kursen oberhalb von 22$. allerdings findet sich zwischen 23.00$ und 23.50$ das nächste bollwerk, das die bullen angehen müssten.
aktuell handelt der juli-22-kontrakt um 21.50$.
