oel/gas die energie-futures rennen seit anfang der woche wieder stark long und erreichen derzeit neue höchststände.
benzin und heizöl performen in dieser zeit rund 11 bis 12%, wti-crude erreicht aktuell die marke von 91$.
so wirklich nachvollziehen kann ich den hype aktuell nicht, aber die herde hat sich in bewegung gesetzt und lässt sich bisher nicht aufhalten.

die rohstoffmärkte sind heute extremst angefixed worden. die energie-futures laufen wie entfesselt (wti +4.5%, heizöl die letzten 3 tage +12%, natgas mit neuem th bei 6.338$ für den dec-22-kontrakt und +5.8%).
dazu gold und silber (+7%) mit einem intraday-top-run.
kupfer kommt sogar bis knapp 3.700$ voran, aktuell bei 3.6850$ und einem plus von 7.5%.
=> hier bleibt die kommende woche abzuwarten, ob diese niveaus gehalten werden können oder aber gewinnmitnahmen rücksetzer zur folge haben werden ...

YAMANA ANNOUNCES SUPERIOR PROPOSAL

Yamana Gold Inc. has confirmed that, as disclosed in a joint press release by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. and Pan American Silver Corp., Yamana has received an unsolicited binding proposal from the new offerors for the acquisition by Pan American of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company and the sale by Yamana of certain subsidiaries and partnerships which hold Yamana's interests in its Canadian assets, including the Canadian Malartic mine, to Agnico, all by way of a proposed plan of arrangement.

Under the new offer, Pan American would acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares for total consideration consisting of $1-billion (U.S.) in cash and the issuance of approximately 153.5 million common shares of Pan American and approximately 36.1 million common shares of Agnico. Under the new offer, shareholders of the company would receive $1.0406 in cash, 0.0376 of an Agnico share and 0.1598 of a Pan American share for each common share held.

The board of directors of the company has determined, in good faith, after consultation with its outside financial and legal advisers and upon the unanimous recommendation of the special committee of independent directors of the board, that the new offer constitutes a Yamana superior proposal in accordance with the terms of the arrangement agreement between the company and Gold Fields dated May 31, 2022.

In accordance with terms of the Gold Fields arrangement agreement, the company has notified Gold Fields that the board has determined that the new offer constitutes a Yamana superior proposal and that the five-business-day matching period has commenced, during which Gold Fields has the right, but not the obligation, to propose to amend the terms of the Gold Fields arrangement agreement in order for the new offer to cease to be a Yamana superior proposal.

At this time, there can be no assurance that the new offer will lead to a termination of the Gold Fields arrangement agreement and the execution of a definitive arrangement agreement with the new offerors in respect of the new offer or that the proposed transaction contemplated by the new offer will be consummated.

The board has not changed its recommendation regarding the pending transaction with Gold Fields pursuant to the Gold Fields arrangement agreement and the special meeting of Yamana shareholders to consider the Gold Fields arrangement is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. Toronto time on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022. The board has unanimously recommended voting in favour of the Gold Fields arrangement. Discovery Silver Corp. has released results of the final 26 drill holes from its phase 2 drill program on its flagship Cordero silver project located in Chihuahua state, Mexico. These holes consisted of upgrade and expansion drilling of the PEA (preliminary economic assessment) pit and expansion drilling of the 2021 resource pit. Drilling will be used to support a prefeasibility study (PFS) planned for early 2023. The company has also provided an update on its continuing exploration program on its property-wide targets.

Highlight intercepts from phase 2 drilling include:

58 metres averaging 208 grams per tonne silver equivalent (99 g/t silver, 0.33 g/t gold, 1.6 per cent lead and 1 per cent zinc) from 78 m and 48 m averaging 231 g/t AgEq (100 g/t Ag, 0.63 g/t Au, 1.8 per cent Pb and 0.8 per cent Zn) from 148 m in hole C22-614. These intercepts were from upgrade drilling within the PEA starter pit.
125 m averaging 111 g/t AgEq (37 g/t Ag, 0.04 g/t Au, 0.4 per cent Pb and 1.6 per cent Zn) from 265 m in hole C22-644. This intercept was directly below the 2021 resource pit in an area previously modeled as waste;
42 m averaging 201 g/t AgEq (76 g/t Ag, 0.06 g/t Au, 1.0 per cent Pb and 2.4 per cent Zn) from 453 m in hole C22-634. This interval is located approximately 20 m below the resource pit;
86 m averaging 120 g/t AgEq (32 g/t Ag, 0.02 g/t Au, 0.1 per cent Pb and 2.2 per cent Zn) from 716 m in hole C22-636, highlighting the mineralization potential at depth.
Tony Makuch, Interim CEO, states: "The completion of our Phase 2 drill program, consisting of close to 80,000 m in over 250 drill holes, represents another major milestone in the advancement of our Cordero project. (TSX-V: DSV, OTCQX: DSVSF) ("Discovery" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from its Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") metallurgical test program on representative samples from its Cordero project ("Cordero" or "the Project") located in Chihuahua State, Mexico. This program represents the most comprehensive test work completed on Cordero to date. Highlights from the locked-cycle flotation test work include:

Silver recoveries of 94-98%, lead recoveries of 89-97% and zinc recoveries of 92-96% on high grade samples of all major rock types.
Silver recoveries of 83-92%, lead recoveries of 85-92% and zinc recoveries of 81-89% on medium grade samples of blended rock types.
Oxide-sulphide blend testwork establish oxide-specific recoveries of ~60% for silver, ~40% for lead and ~85% for zinc via flotation; co-processing oxide mineralized material via flotation eliminates the need for heap leach processing at Cordero.
Test work overall confirmed higher recoveries than what was assumed in the 2021 Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA").
All tests were completed at a coarse grind size of p80 passing ~210 micron and demonstrated significantly lower reagent consumption than assumed in the PEA.
Saleable concentrate grades confirmed and levels of penalty elements for concentrates were insignificant.
Tony Makuch, Interim CEO, states: "Our PFS metallurgical test results demonstrate the exceptional metallurgical properties of our Cordero deposit. Recoveries typically ranged from 85-95% at an extremely coarse grind size of ~210 micron. On average sulphide recoveries came in higher than what was assumed in our PEA and were achieved at significantly reduced reagent consumption highlighting the potential for reduced operating costs for our PFS.

"In addition, our first ever flotation testwork of an oxide-sulphide blend returned very positive results with economic recoveries for oxide mineralization for silver, lead and zinc through flotation. These results allow for the elimination of the heap leach circuit in our PFS; this will streamline the crushing/grinding circuit, reduce upfront capital expenditures and simplify the permitting process."

(TSX-V: DSV, OTCQX: DSVSF) ("Discovery" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from its Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") metallurgical test program on representative samples from its Cordero project ("Cordero" or "the Project") located in Chihuahua State, Mexico. This program represents the most comprehensive test work completed on Cordero to date. Highlights from the locked-cycle flotation test work include:

Silver recoveries of 94-98%, lead recoveries of 89-97% and zinc recoveries of 92-96% on high grade samples of all major rock types.
Silver recoveries of 83-92%, lead recoveries of 85-92% and zinc recoveries of 81-89% on medium grade samples of blended rock types.
Oxide-sulphide blend testwork establish oxide-specific recoveries of ~60% for silver, ~40% for lead and ~85% for zinc via flotation; co-processing oxide mineralized material via flotation eliminates the need for heap leach processing at Cordero.
Test work overall confirmed higher recoveries than what was assumed in the 2021 Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA").
All tests were completed at a coarse grind size of p80 passing ~210 micron and demonstrated significantly lower reagent consumption than assumed in the PEA.
Saleable concentrate grades confirmed and levels of penalty elements for concentrates were insignificant.
Tony Makuch, Interim CEO, states: "Our PFS metallurgical test results demonstrate the exceptional metallurgical properties of our Cordero deposit. Recoveries typically ranged from 85-95% at an extremely coarse grind size of ~210 micron. On average sulphide recoveries came in higher than what was assumed in our PEA and were achieved at significantly reduced reagent consumption highlighting the potential for reduced operating costs for our PFS.

"In addition, our first ever flotation testwork of an oxide-sulphide blend returned very positive results with economic recoveries for oxide mineralization for silver, lead and zinc through flotation. These results allow for the elimination of the heap leach circuit in our PFS; this will streamline the crushing/grinding circuit, reduce upfront capital expenditures and simplify the permitting process."

Freehold Royalties Ltd. has released its third quarter results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2022.

President's message

Production volumes for the quarter averaged 14,219 boe/d (barrels of oil equivalent per day), a record for Freehold. We had over 300 gross wells drilled on our lands in the third quarter, bringing year-to-date totals to over 750 gross wells and we expect 2022 to be Freehold's most active year for drilling in our 26-year history. Since the start of the third quarter, we have consistently had between 30 and 35 drilling rigs active on our lands as we continue to position our portfolio in the premier growth basins across North America.

We have continued to enhance our multiyear drilling inventory through the closing of our previously announced acquisitions in the Permian and Eagle Ford basins as well as completing a Clearwater acquisition in late August, which triples our land position to over 460,000 gross acres in this Canadian oil growth play.

These transactions, which further enhance our existing land positions, are expected to provide organic growth into 2023 and beyond and continue to build our top tier drilling inventory which is underpinned by well-capitalized public and private operators.

A snapshot of our third quarter 2022 highlights are as follows:

- Average production of 14,219 boe/d -- a record for Freehold;
- Funds from operations of $81-million -- 54 cents per share;
- Canadian realized pricing -- $65.63/boe on 9,566 boe/d of production;
- United States realized pricing -- $92.15/boe on 4,653 boe/d of production;
- 304 gross wells drilled on our lands, bringing the first nine months of 2022 total to 764
gross wells -- positioning Freehold for a record year;
- Net debt of $159.9-million -- represents 0.5 time trailing funds from operations and
includes over $160-million of acquisition activity in Q3 2022.

Dividend announcement

wow, was für ein chartbild. erst der dicke abverkauf im oktober und nun im november der kurzsprint! das chartbild zeigt sich immer bullischer, wird hier doch an einer großen w-formation gebastelt. die bodenbildung mit einem triple-bottom ist quasi vollendet, das heutige th bei 1747.90$ markiert.
auffällig an den letzten fünf kerzen sind die fast identischen mini-kerzen zwischen den stark bullischen langen kerzen. lediglich kleine verschnaufpausen, die sich hier die bullen gegönnt haben.
interessant aber wird es charttechnisch am widerstandsbereich um 1750$.

=> gute trades und ein glückliches händchen!

aufhellung ergäbe sich bei kursen oberhalb von 875$. dies würde die chance geben, die oktober-hochkurse zu testen.
