Probe Announces Discussions With Noront Resources Inc. and Mobilization of Drilling Program

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 3, 2008) - The Directors of PROBE MINES LIMITED (TSX VENTURE:PRB) ("Probe") would like to announce that the Company is engaged in ongoing discussions with Noront Resources Inc. Noront owns the Eagle #1 Discovery, located on ground previously held by Condor Diamond Corp. and Greenstone Exploration Company Ltd., immediately south of Probe's 100%-owned McFauld's West property. Probe and Noront are reviewing their ownership interests in these lands, the historical work undertaken by each company on these properties, and the history of their contractual arrangements to determine an optimal strategy for the ownership, exploration and development of these lands that is consistent with the long term interests of both companies. These discussions are ongoing, and it is not possible to determine the nature or outcome of such discussions at this time. Specific developments will be announced by press release. It cannot be presumed that such discussions will lead to a particular outcome, or an outcome which is beneficial or detrimental to either company.

In light of these discussions, the drilling program scheduled to commence on the McFauld's West property is being postponed and the Company is implementing an expanded drill program on its Victory Project. The program, which has already begun mobilizing (drilling is expected to commence on June 7th), will focus on conductors identified in an AeroTEM III airborne survey completed in March 2008 covering the entire project. The survey has delineated more than 60 bedrock conductors on the properties, many of which are coincident with isolated magnetic anomalies and are similar to that associated with the Eagle One nickel discovery. A number of new volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) targets have also been identified, and the drilling will focus on both nickel and VMS targets.

Salazar Resources Ltd.: President's Letter
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 3, 2008) - Salazar Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRL)(FRANKFURT:CCG) -

Dear fellow shareholders,

As President and CEO of Salazar Resources Ltd., I would like to report on the past year and preview our upcoming work and future opportunities in 2008.

On April 18, 2008, Ecuador's constitutional assembly passed a decree which has created confusion over the status of the tenure of our mining concessions in Ecuador. We are working towards a full and complete assessment of this new law. As currently drafted our interpretation of how we will be impacted by the new law is that we will only be able to retain tenure to three mining concessions with the balance to be cancelled. Fortunately, our most prospective targets at Curipamba are encompassed within three concessions. The Mandate also stated that no exploration can be conducted for a period of 180 days from the enactment of this decree. It is not clear what happens once this 180 day period is up. It is also not clear if there will be amendments to this Mandate, primarily to the status of our mining concessions.

To date, we have not received any formal order to cease or suspend any of our operations nor have we received any formal notification regarding title to our mineral concessions. We will be working with the government in helping formulate the new law with the objective of generating a law allowing for the development of mining in Ecuador for the benefit of mining companies, communities, and the country as a whole. Pending clarification of the Mandate, we have suspended exploration activities and reduced our workforce in Ecuador. We will carry out maintenance activities and control of our properties until the status of our concessions is clarified and the new proposed mining law is enacted and put into effect.

In regards to the mining Mandate, some important facts to consider is that our project is not in an area affected by "protected area status", nor does our recent VMS discovery at Las Naves Central exemplify an open pit mining scenario. Also, the project's concessions are in good standing and all environmental permits were accepted by the current government. These are important factors that the government will be reviewing for all projects, factors that are favourable to our company. The recent introduction of the new mining Mandate was a shock and surprise to all of the mining community in Ecuador. While we will respect the rule of law we believe the recent changes to the mining tenure needs to be re-assessed and we will work hard to encourage change.

Not to lose sight of a very productive and successful year for exploration and the exciting work programs planned for the upcoming year, I would like to take a moment to highlight these many positive events.

Over the past year we implemented a multi-faceted and aggressive exploration program on several of our projects. The primary focus was at our premiere Curipamba Project in Central West Ecuador. Based on phase 1 results, we believe both Sesmo Sur and Las Naves Central at Curipamba have the potential to be large tonnage poly-metallic deposits. These are our two highest priority target areas where a phase 2 follow-up work program will commence as soon as all mining mandate issues are resolved.

We had numerous achievements this past year. These include receiving our Environmental Impact Assessment for the Curipamba Project in August, 2007; closing a $10.4 million bought deal in May 2007; and, carrying out a successful Phase 1 exploration program at our Curipamba project. The amount of work completed to date has been tremendous with a workforce of over 120 personnel conducting sampling, trenching, mapping, ground geophysics and drilling at our two highest priority targets at the Curipamba Project - Sesmo Sur and Las Naves Central.

The Phase 1 drilling program at Curipamba totaled 9945 meters in 51 diamond drill holes. Based on the results of the drill program, several important anomalies were identified for phase 2 follow-up drilling; these include: Sesmo Sur, El Gallo and El Domo.

At Sesmo Sur, results from our ground geophysics program indicated a significant Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide (VMS) target. Eighteen drill holes were completed at the target and confirmed both the geophysical signature and surface mineralization at depth. Mineralization in the drill holes was intersected primarily from surface. All drill holes are being modeled for a follow-up drill program planned as soon as clarification to the mining tenure is achieved. The ground geophysics program also confirmed two additional anomalous areas, La Vaquera and Agua Santa, located approximately 2 kilometers west and 1.5 kilometers northeast of Sesmo Sur respectively. Both anomalies require priority follow-up work in the next phase of the exploration program.

At our Las Naves Central Area, a second drill was added at the end of December, 2007 to test the extensive anomalies we had encountered through our initial exploration program. The Las Naves Central area comprises over 12 significant mineralized geochemical anomalies discovered at surface plus an additional 5 geophysical anomalies over an area 4km x 2km. The recent discovery of the El Domo anomaly validates our belief that the Las Naves Central area may become Ecuador's next major VMS district. We plan to focus our highest priority exploration efforts at El Domo to prove up what we believe can be a significant VMS discovery. We remain confident that the Curipamba project can host more than one discovery and our systematic exploration efforts to identify other discoveries will continue once exploration resumes in Ecuador.

The newly discovered El Domo body is a massive sulphide rich in chalcopyrite-sphalerite-pyrite-galena with 50-90% sulphides; the width of the mineralized body defined at this stage of development varies between 5.8 and 19 meters and the length to date is greater than 300 metres.

Some of the significant values of mineralization defined from the drilling program at El Domo include:

- 12.37 meters with 3.62 g/t gold, 51.75 g/t silver, 1.19% copper and 4.54% zinc in drill hole 39;

- 8.58 meters with 1.78 g/t gold, 47.94 g/t silver, 0.9% copper and 7.53% zinc in drill hole 42;

- 16.33 meters with 3.59 g/t gold, 114.2 g/t silver, 3.42% copper and 5.52% zinc in drill hole 46;

- 18.95 meters with 3.41 g/t gold, 61.08 g/t silver, 2.83% copper and 3.18% zinc in drill hole 48.

Our exploration programs at Curipamba were beginning to show positive results and we were eagerly looking forward to continued developments with positive news. We had an extensive follow-up work program planned which included:

- A regional ground geophysics program; an extension of the ground geophysics grid 10 km by 4 km at the Las Naves Central concession with additional coverage at Sesmo Sur and LaVaquera;

- Phase 2 - 10,000 meter drilling program at additional geochemistry and geophysics anomalies at Sesmo Sur, La Vaquera, and at Las Naves Central;

- 5,000 meters of drilling in 30 holes at the El Domo area with the purpose to further define the mineralized area. This includes testing 4 other geophysical anomalies which were interpreted with similar geophysical signatures;

- Detailed mapping at a scale of 1:2,000 at Sesmo Sur and Las Naves Central;

- Trenching, sampling area-wide.

These proposed work programs may resume or change in reaction to what new mining laws are introduced.

To conclude, we feel we are in a favourable position being well financed and having assembled a strong and experienced exploration team. While expenditures in Ecuador will be curtailed and placed on a care and maintenance basis until clarification of the Mandate, we will focus our efforts on reviewing other opportunities and resource properties outside of Ecuador. We are currently evaluating a number of exciting opportunities with our geologists on the ground in several countries in South America. We hope to announce a significant new project in the near future that will diversify our property portfolio.

In closing, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the employees of Salazar Resources for a year of hard work, and dedicated service through these trying times; to our shareholders for their loyal support and understanding over the past year; and to our directors and officers who have worked so hard to get us to where we are today. We look forward in the coming months as we continue to explore for new projects and continue consulting with the government of Ecuador for the generation of the new mining law.

Sincerely,

Fredy Salazar, President & CEO

Premier continues drilling Rahill-Bonanza, Santa Teresa

2008-06-03 09:26 ET - News Release

Mr. Ewan Downie reports

PREMIER-ROXMARK - ADDITIONAL DRILL ADDED - DRILL RESULTS INCLUDE 2.01G/T AU ACROSS 101.0 METRES

A third drill has been added to accelerate exploration at Premier Gold Mines Ltd.'s Geraldton project in Northwestern Ontario. To date, gold has been discovered in the first three targets tested as part of the continuing program. Drilling has now moved to test the primary two targets of the program, while one drill continues to expand on mineralization identified in the recently discovered zones.

Discoveries so far include two broad, parallel (open-pit-style) horizons and high-grade veins located proximal to the historic Little Long Lac gold mine. As previously released, results to date from drilling in the recently discovered Kailey zone include 39.64 grams per tonne Au (1.16 ounces/ton) across two metres contained within a wider zone of mineralization which returned 5.87 g/t Au across 16 metres, and 2.01 g/t Au across 101 metres. Two drills have been moved to begin testing the two primary targets of the program.

Despite the early successes of the program, the two primary targets identified for testing during the current phase I program, the "mine repetition" and the Talmora anticline zone (TAZ), remain untested. The mine repetition target represents the interpreted fault offset of the host horizon of the historic Little Long Lac gold mine from which more than 600,000 ounces of gold were produced during the period 1934 to 1953 at an average grade of 11.66 g/t Au. The first two holes have successfully intersected mineralized vein zones in the intended target area (assays pending). The TAZ target is a large, untested fold structure similar to those that host the largest mines in the district. A ground geophysical survey has identified several prospective structural targets at TAZ, some with coincident gold-in-soil anomalies.

Premier holds the option to acquire up to a 70-per-cent interest in the Geraldton project from Roxmark Mines Ltd. by making cash and share payments to Roxmark, and performing exploration on the project. The current phase I drilling is part of a continuing minimum $2.5-million exploration program aimed at confirming Premier's belief that numerous untested prospective areas of the property could host gold mineralization. A systematic drill program is being carried out at Little Long Lac in an effort to discover new zones and to build gold resources in the Kailey, the No. 9, No. 10 and No. 11 vein zones.

The Geraldton project is located in the heart of the Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone belt, a highly prospective, high-grade gold district that has seen relatively little exploration over the past several decades. The project area covers approximately 10 kilometres of some of the most prospective geology in the region and is host to three past-producing mines and numerous exploration targets in a district that has seen historic production of more than 4.1 million ounces of gold. Several slides of the Little Long Lac area can be viewed on the Premier Gold Mines website.

Other projects -- Red Lake and Santa Teresa

In addition to the Geraldton project, Premier holds several additional highly prospective projects located in proven gold districts that are currently being explored by diamond drilling. In Red Lake, drilling continues at the Rahill-Bonanza project, a joint venture with Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd., where several key target areas are being tested with a minimum of four drills, Wilmar, Bonanza and the deep mine target. Continuing drilling at the Santa Teresa project in Mexico, a joint venture between Premier and Sutter Gold Mining Inc., has intersected numerous mineralized quartz vein zones along strike the past-producing Princessa gold mine (historical data indicate that mined grades within the district average better than one ounce gold per ton). Assays from the first several holes are expected to be released in the near future.

Stephen McGibbon, PGeo, is the qualified person for the information contained in this press release and is a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101. Core from Geraldton is sent to Accurassay Laboratories, an accredited mineral analysis laboratory in Thunder Bay, Ont., for preparation and analysis using both fire assay and screen metallic methods.

We seek Safe Harbor.

Buffalo Gold Ltd.: Bondi Mining Drills 6 Metres of 0.31% U3O8 at Mt. Hogan
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 3, 2008) - Brian McEwen, President and CEO of Buffalo Gold Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BUF)(OTCBB:BYBUF)(FRANKFURT:B4K) is pleased to report that Bondi Mining Ltd. (ASX:BOM) has intersected high-grade uranium mineralization at their Mt. Hogan project in Queensland Australia. In November 2007 Buffalo completed the sale of the Mt. Hogan project to Bondi along with several other uranium projects, and currently holds 24,500,000 shares of the company. Bondi's closing price on June 3rd 2008 was AUS$0.205.

Bondi's news release from May 30th 2008 reports the following highlights of its 11 hole, 986 metre reverse circulation drilling program:

- 10 metres at 0.206% U3O8 from 36 metres, including 2 metres at 0.644% U3O8 and 6 metres at 0.313% U3O8 - Hole MHRC001

- 4 metres at 0.106% U3O8 from 60 metres, including 2 metres at 0.124% U3O8 - Hole MHRC007

- 16 metres at 0.015% U3O8 - Hole MHSRC003

The news release states that: "Drilling has successfully confirmed and extended the previously drilled high grade uranium shoot, which remains open at depth. Drilling at Mount Hogan South has successfully traced uranium mineralization over a 200 metre strike length at the previously undrilled Mount Hogan South target area, in a structure which continues to the north and south of the drill area. The intersected zones have significant potential to expand, and follow-up exploration on the property is currently being planned."

In addition to the news from Mount Hogan, Bondi reported on June 2nd, 2008 that it has begun drilling at the company's 100% owned North Maureen Uranium Project in Queensland. The news release states: "A 100-hole reverse circulation drilling program comprising approximately 4000m is planned to test ten target areas with strong geological similarity to the Maureen uranium-molybdenum deposit of Mega Uranium. Targets have been defined by interpretation of high definition aeromagnetics (100m line spacing) flown in October 2007."

The new portal for the underground ramp is progressing with completion expected by the end of May.

Two diamond drills are currently underground undertaking definition and delineation drilling on the 1,000 foot level. It is expected that the geotechnical information and assay results from this drilling should assist in optimizing the geotechnical design and upgrading the mineable reserve. The development underground on the 1,000 foot level has progressed to the point that the larger mining equipment is ready to be transported underground and then assembled to finish the remaining work on that level and the ramps to other levels.

Olli liegt demnächst was an bei CMI ?

Hier könnte fast täglich was kommen.

2008 Summer Drilling Program at Manibridge

Crowflight and Pure Nickel plan to commence drilling nickel exploration targets identified close to the past-producing Manibridge Mine in early June. Results from this program will be released through the summer and early fall of 2008 as they become available.

Underground Drilling at Bucko

Crowflight continues to conduct underground drilling from the 1,000 foot level of the Bucko Lake Nickel Project, with the intent of obtaining further geotechnical information on the deposit and upgrading the mineral resource and reserve estimates. It is expected that results from this program will be released through the late spring and fall of 2008 as they become available.

% Shares Owned: 31.67%
# of Holders: 16
Total Shares Held: 79,387,233
3 Mo. Net Change: 33,070,125

Posis drin.

z.B.1. Furtai - um cash zu generieren
und 2.Mt Kare .......
Kinbauri, und den ganzen anderen "Kram" verscherbeln.......... :kichern:

Buffalo Triggers Jv With Madison For Mt. Kare In Png
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, B.C., April 15, 2008 - Brian McEwen, President and CEO of Buffalo Gold Ltd., ("Buffalo") announces that the Company has given notice to Madison Minerals Inc. ("Madison") that they wish to trigger a joint venture at their Mr. Kare project in Papua New Guinea. (See Buffalo Press Release, October 21, 2005). The JV will be implemented following a 90 day notice period.

Buffalo currently has a 60% interest in the Mt. Kare project. Madison has 40%, having re-negotiated the terms of the earn-in agreement last year. (See Buffalo Press Release May 18, 2007). Madison and Buffalo collectively hold a 10% interest in trust for the local landowners. Under the terms of this agreement, Buffalo could increase its interest to 75% by completing a bankable feasibility study in the next three years or convert the project to a joint venture where by each Company has to contribute on a pro rata basis to the project costs or be diluted down. Buffalo has opted to trigger the joint venture.

aus M&A vom 30.05.2008

In April 2008, Buffalo decided not to continue with either of the above earn-in scenarios with Madison at Mt. Kare. Instead, Buffalo opted to trigger its joint venture option with Madison, whereby each company must contribute on a pro rata basis to the project costs or be diluted down. The JV will be implemented following a 90-day notice period. Madison has advised the Company that it does not intend to contribute to the joint venture with the result that its ownership interest will be diluted.

:friends:
